Postcode : 395023 Mobile no : [protected] Date : 03/03/2011 To, Customer Services Manager Naaptol.com Dear Sir, I had Recieved the maxtooch mini laptop , order number 1408607 (Challan no : 8529628 / order date : 20/02/2011 / Seller ref no : 1408607) from your Company on 01/03/2011. I regret to inform you that the product is defective and my numerous verbal complaints to your personnel have yielded no results. I Had Called on your Customer Support Number: [protected] But I AM FEELING VERY SHAME TO ABOUT YOUR COMPANY THAT IT WAS WRONG NUMBER AND IT WAS PICKED BY ANY PERSON WHOSE NAME LIKE Mr. MAHESH. DONT YOU THINK IT IS VERY CHEAP FOR YOUR KIND OF ORGANIZATION. The Product that Delivered By you has defective keyboard , not detecting any internet USB Stick like tata photon+ and so on and even not working its wifi system. I request you refund my money within one week. I have never been let down by any of your products in the past and I look forward to your immediate action on this occasion.
