[Resolved]  Naaptol.com — CHEATING

Sir, Madam,

As you can see below, I had ordered a new BlackBerry 8820 for which I had paid Rs 5750 in full and yet haven't received my product. I have contacted your office in numerous times and yet have not received any answer, let alone the product.

Not a single person in your call center knows where my product is and why it isn't delivered yet. I was provided a tracking number for DTDC z34410993 and when i call them I am told that they haven't received any order from Naaptol. While your call center staff state that they aren't able to find any detail from this tracking number but yet are not willing to contact DTDC directly.

I am utterly disgusted not to mention VERY DISSATISFIED with your service. I feel I have sinned by convincing most of my friends to buy the BlackBerry from Naaptol. I will not hesitate to make every effort to dissuade my friends as well as my fellow Indians from being DUPED by this fallacy, not to mention Consumer Wing, the ACB and Anna Hazare.

A supervisor by the name of Harshad was supposed to contact me but I have still not received any response from him.

Dear CEO,

I have again called up Naaptol.

Jacob says he has a supervisor but we are equal and was reluctant to connect me to a supervisor. Later he agreed when I insisted and quite apparently as I had anticipated he came back with a response that his supervisors were busy on calls.Very true that they are compelled by supervisors not to transfer calls.

Question to you Mr CEO.
How will frontline agents ever have a natural concern for customers if people above them don't. How on earth Mr CEO are you going to drive Customer Satisfaction if people that drive performance amongst your frontline Customer Service Professionals themselves don't believe in Customer Satisfaction.

Dear CEO,

I called up again and spoke with Anand, even he wasn't able to provide me with any information and no surprises for guessing, when asked for a supervisor he got back to me saying his supervisor was busy on a line. The name of his supervisor is Mahen. I can understand your agents not providing the name of the location they are in, which is perfectly right. However, in the industry of Customer Service, how can one ever deny a Customer the right to escalate. Clearly your organization lacks Service Ethics.

Dear CEO,

I spoke with DTDC once again to find out if there may have just been something that I lacked or something that DTDC erred about. I was informed yet again by their rep that they have not received any order that I mentioned. I was again asked to contact the vendor and was advised to ask the vendor to speak with the local DTDC office from where it had been shipped.

I called Naaptol again & spoke with SriKrishna and here again I was informed nothing but what has been in the past. Once again, I pleaed to speak with a supervisor and yet again was denied. Sri Krishna like others claimed that his supervisor was busy on another call and what more, all the supervisors on the floor were on calls. Customer Avoidance yet again!

Dear Sir,

Greetings,

SUB : Replacement of E Phone ( mobile ) not done since 5 month ( in place of 7 working days as per Naaptol's cheating advertisement )

I purchased on E Phone ( mobile ) from Naaptol and my order no is 113484. It was a faulty one and we send it back to Naaptol on 12/12/2009 from Mandvi – Kachchh ( Gujarat ) through Professional currier POD no mdv 296123. and we confirm with Naaptol officer that they got mobile on 27 / 12 /2009 and he told me that we have done formalities of replacement.


After 7 days i.e. in First week of Jan 2010 Naaptol officer told me that we will send you new mobile within 10 working days.


Since that day to till date continuously I am giving call to Naaptol officer and every time they are telling that you will get the mobile shortly. Within 7 working days… i have done minimum 100 call to Naaptol. May be cost of these call's will be more then that mobile's cost…I am trying to get justies only.....


Due to Fred up with Naaptol officer and be help less I complaint in to shree Grahak suraksha and replyfornaaptol.com for this issue. After complain in Grahak surakhsa, in April third week Naaptol officer called me and told that your mobile is already send to your address and you will get it within 7 working days ( first time I got reply from your side due to shree grahak suraksha only)


So, I thanked to GOD that at last now I will get my mobile. But since till date I didn’t got my mobile and whenever I m calling to Naaptol officer at that time Naaptol officer telling me that we send your mobile thro AFL currier and you will shortly get mobile.

With Lots of pain I am requesting you that sir kindly alert to all our netion's people about cheeting advertisement of Naaptol ( Order kariye , aur 7 dino me apaka product paiye ) thro your source, so atleast other people do not do mistake what i have done.

Note: I also talked with Naaptol senior officer / supervisor about my case lots of time, but they also every time told me that I will get my mobile within a 7 working days. I am also having a recording of last call with Naaptol officer , telling me that “we send your mobile by AFL currier to your address and you will get mobile within 5 days” in third week of april. This evidence help to alert all other people from Naaptol. In other recording Naaptol officer accepting that they got mobile back in dec - 09. i am sending that two recording to you for your kind information and it will help to give justies to me..... Sir, I am not able to attach that recording in this formate, so if possible then give me your mail id so can send that recording to you.....


As per my experience about Naaptol is that it is continuously cheating me and may be also cheating many other people by lying every time. I will try my level best to alert my district and state people about your cheating advertisement.

I also have the same experiance with Naaptol.com.

There are number of issues which I would like to bring in notice.
1. I have received my order# 412569 on 27/05/2010. It was mobile phone, but the battery of the mobile was not been delivered along with the phone.
2. At the time of booking the order, I have been promised that if I will make the payment by credit card then I will get a wrist watch as gift. I made the payment by my credit card, but as promised I have not received the wrist watch.
3. All accessories/free gifts (including the charger of the mobile) delivered along with the mobile are defective. There are very high chances that the accessories/free gifts don’t belong to the mobile which I have ordered.
4. On the first day after receiving my order, I made a complaint about the batter and the defective accessories and now it’s already been 20 days, I have not yet received any update from Naaptol.com.
5. In spite of the complaint of first day, I made the complaint number of time in last 20 days, but every time I got the update as “You will receive your battery along with wrist watch and accessories with in next 7 – 10 days”, but I have not yet received any update.
6. Every time when I make a call and raise a request to talk with some senior person/executive or some responsible person, I got the reply that all the senior executives are busy or no one is available.
7. When I asked the procedure to return the product, I never get any satisfactory response.
8. On making a call to naaptol.com, once a representative have given me a complaint number with the promise that I will get a update in next 48 hours, but next after 2 or 3 days I enquired the status with that same complaint number, I have been told that this complaint number does not exist. Here again I have been cheated by providing a fake complaint number.
9. Yesterday it was first time when I got the chance to talk with some senior person and he again made a false promise by saying that he will let me know the status by Thursday Morning by around 10 am (17-June-2010) and will get it solved, but again I have not received any call.

Now after so many complaints, I am feeling that I have been cheated by Naaptol online shopping Pvt Ltd and it’s a fake organization.
Can you please let me know that after having so may false commitments from Naaptol.com, what should be my next step?

I would appreciate if you can let me know the process of returning the phone so that I will get my money back?
