Naaptol — Delivery of Damaged Product | |||
I had ordered Air Compressor + Car Jack + Tyre Repair Kit + Multipurpose Tool bar vide Order # 3570149 dt.[protected]. This was delivered to me but on opening packet I found that the Air Compressor was broken and other contents were in a damaged / broken condition. I had to pay the full amount to postman as I had taken delivery and opened the packet. I was anguished as I couldn't get in touch with Naaptol Customer Care # [protected]. However, later when I did get through the Naaptol customer care they were very supportive and advised me to ship the damaged goods back by Blue Dart who would not charge any thing from me. Initially Blue Dart refused to accept the parcel stating that they needed an authorization or mail from Naaptol to accept the return parcel but later after intervention from Naaptol they accepted the parcel and damaged goods were returned. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a full refund of Rs.2298/- by cheque within seven days and my confidence in Naaptol stands restored !! Was this information helpful? | |||
