[Resolved]  Naaptol / Hot Deals For Readers Of The Times Of India — defective mobile no. Smart 540 of Make Boss

Dear Sir,
The above mobile of above said company through naaptol as claimed Hot deals for Readers of The Times of India was purchased via internet vide order no.201179, dt.05/03/2010 which was under warantee for six month in all respect. On delivery the voice adjustment button was not in working order. The picture of the camera was also uncleared. the charger of the mobile was also defective. The back time of standby is not more than 24 hours as gurnateed for 72 hours by the company in said advertisemnent. All the defects conveyed to the both company through email many times but no action took place so far inspite of expiry of more than three months. ( ANIL AGGARWAL)
