[Resolved] Naaptol — Given AWB number is wrong | |||
Hai, I am Sreeraj P from Kerala. I placed an order numbered 1654415 with naaptol on 19 April 2011. Later when I checked there site for order status, they have listed the order being shipped through Bluedart courier on 21 April 2011. They have also mentioned the AWB number of the courier. When I contacted Bluedart they says that no such AWB number is there. I contacted naaptol customer service and they said the AWB number is somehow wrong, they will correct it an you will receive the product in 2 or 3 working days. This was done on 7 May 2011. I contacted them again on 9 May 2011 and 10 May 2011. The response was the same. But neither I got the product nor the correct AWB number till now. I also wrote to their CEO regarding this, still there is no response Was this information helpful? | |||

Ya I have waited for 5 more days. Till now i haven't received the product. So I am going to take this matter legally. This is a method of cheating and I will publish the entire matter in Internet
