Naaptol — MISGUIDED AND PROVIDES INCOMPLETE INFORMATION

I ORDERED A BLACKBERRY STORM 9530 FROM NAAPTOL.DUE TO PROBLEM IN THE SET I DECIDED TO SEND BACK THE PHONE TO NAAPTOL.THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES OF NAAPTOL GAVE ME ADDRESS OF NEW DELHI .THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE GUIDED ME TO PACK THE PHONE ,WRITE THE LETTER AND KEEP IT IN THE BOX.THEN SHE GAVE ME A LOCAL ADDRESS OF MOHALI AND A NUMBER .SHE SAID WHEN YOU GO TO COURIER PERSON TELL THEM THE ADDRESS, THE CODE NUMBER GIVEN BY THEM AND TELL THEM THAT THIS COURIER CONTAINS A PRODUCT OF LESS THAN 1000 RS. I DID AS PER THEIR GUIDANCE.I SEND THE COURIER AND THE COURIER GOT MISPLACED IN-BETWEEN.NOW NAAPTOL SAYS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

NOW KINDLY ANYONE TELL ME WHO MISGUIDED AND GAVE INCOMPLETE INFORMATION? THE FIRST CULPRIT IN THE MATTER IS OBVIOUSLY NAAPTOL FOR GIVING IRRELEVANT INFORMATION.

I READ MANY SUCH CASES IN THE CONSUME3R COMPLAINT PAGE.ACCORDING TO ME THIS IS THE MIXED STRATEGY OF NAAPTOL AND COURIER SERVICE.THEY MISGUIDE AND STOLE THE EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS OF CUSTOMERS AND THEN THEY DO BLACK-MARKETING OF THE SAME GOODS.

As informed to you over the phone, you had send product through Track on Courier AWB# [protected] & the same was returned back to you by Trackon courier in EMPTY condition. Hence, Naaptol is not responsible for the mishandling done by Trackon courier.

We request you to register your complaint with Trackon courier and demand for your product or money, which was found missing in the Box.

COURIER WAS MISROUTED DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS TOLD BY SIDDHARTH.IT REVOLVED IN HYDERABAD, DEHLI, AMBALA FOR AROUND 20 DAYS.NOW YOU NAAPTOL TELL ME WHERE SHOULD I GO TO GET BACK MY PHONE.TRACKON SAYS ASK NAAPTOL WHO TOLD YOU TO SEND A PHONE OF 9000 IN A COURIER.BECAUSE IT OFTEN HAPPENS THAT COURIER GOT MISPLACED.AND ONE MORE THING YOU TOLD ME TO TELL THEM THAT COURIER CONTAIN THE PRODUCT OF LESS THAN 1000.YOU PEOPLE ARE IN THIS FEILD AND YOU EVEN DONT KNOW THAT COURIERS ARE SCANNED AND THEY CAME TO KNOW THAT WHAT IS IN THE COURIER.
