Hi Sir this is Devnder Reddy, I've ordered Blackberry 8830 Mobile phone from Naaptol here is the details of the order Order No:3494108 Cash on Delivery (COD) 5299.00 The mobile Phone is such a crap. It did'nt work even a month. I've returned to Naaptol through Bluedart courier. Again they've returned another mobile phone but that is also not working. I don't know whether they've returned the same mobile. Problem still persists. Again i've spoken with Customer care, i said clearly i don't need this crap mobile. They said they will refund the amount. it was happened 2 months before, every week i call to customer care they said this is week you get the cheque, they give a false commitment and they did't tell the date just say this week this is very horrible to deal with naaptol guys so please make necessary action.
