I am once again requesting to initiate a pickup for this faulty product, and refund either the amount or provide me credit so that I can buy another product on different brand. I had purchased Padmini Flair BF Chimney from Naaptol as per Order no.4561774 on[protected].
One of the parts, the plastic fan, was found defective. In response to my telephonic complaint I was instructed to send the defective part for replacement, which I did.
The defective part was delievered to Naaptol on[protected].
Nearly 2 months have passed and I haven't yet received the replacement.
This paints a very poor picture of Naaptol's after sales service...
