[Resolved] Naaptol — Money not refunded | |||
Hi All, I brought Blackberry 8830 mobile on 12-Dec-2010 from Napptol (which is a online selling company). In a weeks time, i found that the mobile is not working and i spoke with the customer care team at Napptol. It was informed to me that the product can be returned and the money paid against the product will be returned in 15 working days period. The product was returned via Blue Dart (Airway bill# [protected]) on 30-Dec-2010 and untill today i did not receive the refund. the total amount of the product was 6199/-, the bill for this product was paid through credit card and i have been paying interest for the credit card bill. I tried talking to Napptol customer care team atleast 20 times in this 3 months, everytime they just say that the money will refunded in 2 days and that 2 days never came. I had ordered a ultra body slim suit on 18 march 11, i received the order on 29th march 11,
I was not at home, my mother -in- law, opened the package, there were 2 suits, i tried 1 suit it was all right assuming that the other would also be right, i just saw it did not try it, now today after trying it, for 5 min the complete garment dissolved.
Today i complained at customer care, what they are saying that you have to complained within 24 hr
I request your help me sort this problem with Napptol.
