[Resolved] Naaptol — Tortuous Service from Naaptol (Order # 5735730) | |||
I ordered for a "Padmini 3 Burner Glass Top - CS-3GT" (Order No. 5735730). Yes I recieved the order but the product was completely damaged and hence, I called the customer care to know the due process to return the damaged product. Post calling them and understanding the process fully, I returned the damaged product via Blue Dart Courier (AWB No.- [protected]) which was delivered on the 22nd Jan. Post delivery confirmation from Blue Dart,I called the Naaptol customer care to get an update, i was told that the product has not been recieved yet. This status continued after repeated calls and days. One fine day they asked for a POD from Bluedart which i sent. Till date I have not recieved the product despite the customer care confirming to me that the damaged product has been recieved. And everytime i call i get to hear different versions from different executives. Some still get back to say that they have not yet recieved the damaged product yet. I am sick and tired of this attitude and lack of consisitence and transparency in the way Naaptol conducts its business. It has been way more than 2 months and i am still waiting for my product. I make calls everyday to know the status, only to feel even more helpless everytime. I am going through so much of mental trauma because of this transaction with Naaptol.
