[Resolved] Nanded City — Delayed Project & not providing facilities | |||
A) During Construction Period 1. Delay of No Objection certificate 2. Loss of No objection certificate. There was confusion between HDFC & Nanded City person with respect to hand over. 3. Loss of HDFC Cheque which was found 2 days later in your office. 4. Made continuous follow up to generate 2nd No Objection certificate 5. Gave possession late by 6 months than agreed during registration. Please Note: There is No rate reduction discount given by you , during Sometimes the question comes in my mind am I dealing with the Government. Please see my below chain mail. B) After Possession: 1. Huge Dust is coming through unconstructed roads from where 150 trucks are going each day. There are 2 Senior Citizens & child at my home. 2. The sprinkling of water was joke upto yesterday. Your Management is incapable o[censored]nderstand the urgency of the consumer. 3. After my continuous follow up water sprinkled only twice during my 6 mails trails. 4. Huge Noise Pollution through Concrete Mixers which are working for Lalit’s Construction site. Why should I suffer because others construction site? 5. Floor Tiles are sub standard. You cannot wiped out the stains which are remains for 1 hour. 6. There is no single Bush/ Trees in front of our view which was agreed on booking & part of your advertisement ( Tune with Nature). 7. During booking , the commitment made for Garden for Mangal Bhairav which is now converted into parking. This is Ultra Vires Act. I really doubt for your commitment for the conservation of nature. 8. By keeping 3 bush not the tress for 30 Building , the action shows that “ There is no value for the Mangal Bhairav Residents as compared to Lalit where Beautiful Gardens are placed.”. 9. We are experiencing that “ Your Management is Treating Us (Mangal Bhairav Residents )as Slum Dwellers- who occupied the flats as a Free”. 10. The porch is unclean for many days. C) So my demands are 1. Compensation against Monetary Loss of Rs. 10000 for delay in project. 2. Compensation against Deficiency Of Services & Ultra Vires Act- 2,00,000/- 3. Mutual Agreement Sale of Flat if you are not agreed on the terms. 4. Planting of Trees & Conserving gardens. No parking area in common area. 5. Construction of Road besides my building.
