I went to M/S Narayani Motor P. Ltd and asked about availability of maruti 800 Uniq (Pearl silver) sales excecutive Mr. Pramod Kumar Pahad Singh stating that yes we have two numbers of 800 Uniq (Pearl silver) and we must delivered on31.01.09 to you then I have booked from Narayani Motors P.Ltd.Bhubaneswar on 28th of January 2009 against Rs.10000.00 (Rs. Ten Thousand Only) by cash against Mony Receipt No. 2906 Dated 28.01.2009 on 29.01.09 evening he denied to delivered the above car then I went to CEO Mr PAPU and asking about matter why I will not get the above car on 31.01.09. After discussion with CEO Mr. PAPU in front of team leader Mr. Adiranjan that commited by himself please you go and you will get your same car 31.01.09 then on 30.01.09 evening CEO Mr. PAPU also denied his commitment and saying that I am very sorry I could not deliver the above car on 31.01.09 and you get back your booking amount then I went to Police station lodge a station dairy against him. I went to M/s Jyoti Motors Bhubaneswar and purched a Maruti 800 AC car on 31.01.2009. The whole thing is that your dealer and a CEO of a company is so irresponsible and idot person that he could not satisfied a customer he is layed down your company goodwill. Stil my booking amount. It is really sad to know about your harrassment. Actually, I agree with your point as I have faced the same situation before. You can see my complaint in the same website and that CEO also remembers me by name. He hasn't yet returned me my booking amount of Rs. 20000=00 and I have filed a consumer case against him for cheating. He is a cheat and fraud. My cell is [protected]. I have already noticed the Maruti Suzuki authorities about your case... and my earnest request to you is that dont keep silent over the injustice. Earlier, when I met the CEO of Narayani Motors, Mr. Budhiraja to sort out my matter, he sarcastically made a racist remark against all Oriyas. He forgot that he is now, where he is, due to us Oriyas. Doing business in Orissa, with the help of Oriya money and Oriya people and commenting against Oriya race is not tolerable. So please don't maintain silence over the isuue. Atleast tell about your incident, to whoever you meet. Atleast by that way, we can make people aware of these fraudsters and cheats doing business in Orissa and commenting aginst us Oriyas...

Harrassment and Humiliation by MARUTI True Value .
This is true, let us lodge police complaint againt this Bald man sitting as CEO.
He is characterless, arrogant, Fraud and Cheat ! He was starring my wife like anything when we went to purchase Maruti vehicle 2nd hand from him.His staff also mostly corrupt. What will happen when a company boss is like that ! Then he cheated me since the silencer was fully rusted and he stole the toolkit. When I noticed missing toolkit, I went and asked toolkit. They clearly denied and told it was there, someone may have stolen from my car ! such disgusting and dangerous goons this Bald man is !
My sincere advice to all : Dont think of purchasing anything from TRUE VALUE. AND SOME ONE PLS FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS bald BOSS.

I sentmy swift dzirwecar no. or 02 bz 11230n 10.05.2016 at 3 PM for paid service and job card was prepared.I was told to take delivery of the vehicle on 11.05.2016.Himansu mishra was the supervisor.At 1 PM I was asked to take delivery of the car..when i went to take delivery of the car, I was served bill which was Rs. 6785.00 wwhich ws paid throught my debit card. After paying the bill, I found that the car was not washed properly .There was much dust on the body and dashboard not cleaned.Then the car was sent to the washing site.I made complaint to GM Mr. SadiquiI who came, inspected the vehicle and assured to take car of the car.Then I found that the steering plastic pad was loose and causing noise while driving.When I complained to the company, they told to send an authorised person to my house on 12.05.2016 morning and do the needful.Osri santosh came to the house on 12.05.2016 at 9.15 Am and wanted o manage the steering work by pasting it which I objected.He then said tto go back to the company, get the spares and replace it by today.But on the whole day I waited but no body came. I gave my feedback accrdingly.I waityed and telephoned to Himansu moshra but of no avail.
