Naresh, the person who delivers the cylinder to Sharadhanagar (near Yelahanka Newtown) demands 30/- as service charge. When asked what does he mean my service charge his answers make no sense. He says he is getting paid by his employer for the work he is doing.

Service charge or Tip is offered by us for a token of appreciation and it cannot be demanded.

I have took a written letter from him demanding the excess service charge.
