I got a new connection in month of May 2015, and all formalities was done in June 2015. Since then I booked two times and once cash memo generated and there was no cylinder delivery. I called Karnataka State Board of Indian Oil, they gave me a number called Mr Amitesh [protected], and he gave me a number of Rupkala [protected] and Rudrmani [protected]. Mr Amitesh promised me action in 24hours, and there was no action from them. In between I also went to Nataraj Enterprises and asked about the problem. They said it will delivered that day. No action yet - waiting ...
