NIM certificates have no market value. They are forcing students to pay by Cash (even though it is written on their form that cash is not accepted.). If the students have made full payments of fees, they are still being told to make EXTRA payments to get good marks or to get their certificates. The papers like Indian Express have raised the curtain on NIM's misdeeds in Ahemdabad and Baroda. I wish to complain on the issue of Bogus Certification. Even though the NIM branches are under legal questioning, they are still looting the students. Miss Pia Gupta, Mr. Pramod Lade and Mr. Shahid Raza, their Manager Mr. Tarun Khanna and their National Head, Mr. Narendra Khanna are all into looting innocent people. Consequences : I have paid full fees of 20, 000/- in cash for MBA. Now they are demanding 8, 000/- more for release of certificate. They are threatening me that if I do not make a payment, they will destroy my certificate and make me a failure. Please help me get my money back. This is a very big scam and I am not alone, thousands of students are suffering. (1) This institute said its affiliated to Indian Council of Distance Education ICODE and Indian Council of Engineering and Technical Studies ICETS.These bodies are not recognised by UGC or AICTE.These bodies are self made of National Institute of Management.
(2)This Institute says it is ISO:9001:2000 certified, but this certification is expired on 4th Nov, 2007.Now this Institute is no more ISO certified, still saying they are ISO certified.
(3) This Institute Earns Rs.4, 00, 00, 000 per month under the banner of LOKSEVA FOUNDATION TRUST. They are making fool to public as well as to Government.More to this Our Honourable Former Vice President of India, Home Minister as well as Education Minister says they are doing well for Society..Ha…Ha…Ha…!!! If this is well in their sight, Imagine what will be the worst.you can see their masseges in prospectus as well as on website.
(4) This Institute awards Degree of IVORY CARLSON UNIVERSITY .This University is only on web which is designed by National Institute of Management.www.icuniversity.us this domain was registered on 3 Aug, 2007 and on site they are showing since 1975.National Institute of Management provide Degree of this Ivory Carlson University here in India http://icuniversity.us/nim_accreditation.html. According to Office of the Degree Authorisation, US this University is not approved and it seems that based in India. visit http://www.osac.state.or.us/oda/unaccredited.aspx .More to this if any foreign University wants to award degree in India, AICTE and UGC approval is must and said foreign university must be accredited by concern country.If you will need i can provide you the scanned copy of degree certificate issued by National Institute of Management.

But this institute is regs. in maharastra govt e-2667. and it is also approved by indian council for distance education. so i want to know that how can i get a proff tha it is a fraud institute plz help me and plz tell me that how can i get back my money witch i have given to them.

Sir, i have done MBA from national institute of management Office at Nagpur and i given fees for mba Rs 45000 and i have not recived my certificate mba and after making 100 calls to NIM management Pramod lade is charging Rs 10000 more for certificate & when i saw the certificate its scan certificate and no date is mention and the year of passing even the accountant Prasant dhamnaker is asking bribe of Rs 5000.and each and everyone is asking for money and now a days Pia gupta is the head of all the fraud which is happening in NIM nagpur branch.

i want post my comment to National Institute of management nagpur Branch were all fraud is going on student that had taken admission is not geting certificate and paying full fees of course and more money is charging by the working staff for certificate when i found out the reason that most of the employees are not get the salary from 6 month
and the certificate that student is receving in no value in markets and is not accepted by any of the institute, on the certificate no date is mention and the year of passing
So, i aware all the student not to go for admission for any of the certification as i get cheated so you should no.

Yes... I am also one of the person who is suffering from this scam...No Hardcopies of my certificates even though when I have recieved the softcopies...The GRE Department (Sonali Mam) & the Velangini Mam, is totally irresponsible & where does it happen that you get the softcopies and u dont recieve the hard copies for more than a month..I am really stressed out of this please someone help me...

I have given the examination of DME program to your institute 2.5 month ago but I have not reacieved any marksheet or certificate for it. I am sure all of you who have taken admission are above 18 and when you know how to find Forums and write all this I am sure you would be intelligent enough to decide whats right and wrong in your life.
I am sure before you took admission you all would have searched google and various other search engines...So now why are you guys cribbing.
Had it been if the organisation was a fraud they would not have had guts to Continue operations.
As far as their personal spendings is concerned its management outlook how they react on it.So let them be the decision maker.Good that you have shared your thoughts But cribbing like this is just reflecting you all as bad decision makers.
If you cannot help to support good things dont encourage bad ones.
At the end when you would cribb before someone they would only ask back " Were you stupid to decide, and if thats actually true then its no point wheter you do MBA or not" nothing would matter in your life.
Just enjoy your studies and support the group which is giving you education.

I think each & every institutes which provides distance learning courses are somewat slow in the prcedures of issuing the books & certificates... but as far as my experience in NIM am totally satisfied with the services ...i got my books, receipts & certificates all on time i don't how u guys suffer all these... am working into media & this certificate is been accepted over here... all the best ...
i am still waiting for my result but i am not getting any proper answer from them

I totally accept with what Yash has gone through with. I am also suffering from the same scam, I appeared for the examinations in the month of Dec 2008, and has also recieved the soft copy of my certificates after 30 days but till date I havent recieved the hard copies of the certificates. When I spoke to the Branch Head. Mr.Amit Shrivastav, her asked me to communicate with Ms. Pia Gupta & the GRE department, and when I spoke to her I was given a commitment of 1 week but now they are asking for cash (10000/-) and asking more time, wherein I am in desperate need of the Hard copies for my further career.
Please I request to all and one to help me out to get my hardcopies ASAP.
