i have been waiting for my passed out mark sheet of Sr. Secondary from N.I.O.S. (National Institute of Open Schooling) from past 20-30 days. My original 12th C.B.S.E. compartment mark sheet is misplaced by India Post while sending to N.I.O.S. head office. Instead of this I fulfilled all their requirements of documents. Neither they are suggesting what to do nor they are handing me over my passed out certificate. When I try to talk to them on call, either they cut the call or they give me another contact no. to talk to. And when my relatives go to N.I.O.S. head office Noida, they don't talk well and try to ignore my serious situation.

So, please look into my problem. I would request you to take serious and quick action regarding this. My carrier is on stake.
