[Resolved]  National Insurance Co.Ltd — pending of my insurance claim

we deposted motor claim form on[protected] for our missing maruti alto car no.DL 4C AM 5134 in the insurance claim office of national insurance co. ltd. DO13, palika bhawan , sector-13,r. k. puram, new delhi . the claim is in my wife's name mrs. pallavi dutta.
the surveyor took all the documents on[protected] from our house relating to the above claim. we recieved one letter from the claim office on[protected] to deposite the 2 (two) no.'s of original keys in the insurance claim office, which we deposited on[protected].now sir i want to know why they are delaying to give us claim for the stolen car & also i want to know how much claim they are giving & when.
