Sir,
I paid a payment Rs.521/- to National Insurance company ltd. for a motor cycle insurance buying on 10/7/2014.But it was not success to buy policy.The amount has been debited from account.This amount is not refunded to my account till now.
So, I request to know from you.May this amount is refunded or not ? If refunded, Please take soon necessary action for this said purpose and oblige.

we deposted motor claim form on[protected] for our missing maruti alto car no.DL 4C AM 5134 in the insurance claim office of national insurance co. ltd. DO13, palika bhawan , sector-13,r. k. puram, new delhi . the claim is in my wife's name mrs. pallavi dutta.
the surveyor took all the documents on[protected] from our house relating to the above claim. we recieved one letter from the claim office on[protected]...

I purchase a mediclaim policy by National Insurance Co.ltd. National Insurance did not pay 37,800
District Forum, South-1, Udyog Sadan, Qutan Institutional Area, New Delhi had passed an order on 2.9.2006 against National Insurance Co.Ltd., D.O.XVII, 12, Community Centre, East of Kailash, New Delhi to pay an amount of 37, 800/- to me. The Insurance Company had filed an appeal in State Commission Delhi, which was rejected by Justice J.D.Kapoor on 9.2.2007.
