Re claim under policy no 60099909 Vehicle no RJ14 CE 4276 Date of accident 13/4/09 Dealer Name VIPUAL MOTORS<MALVIYANAGER< JAIPUR above vehicle was given for repair under accidental repair on 13/4/09 and payment was made vice invoice no job 0168660( invoice no 018526 date 16/4/09and remark was written by insurance file not be closed as work of fronf glass screen not done though cover under policy but letter of national insurance no 370200/MIBL?2009 dated 8/5/09 was received on28/5/09 Jaipur Div 11 of insurance co closing file and not job aletter from my side was send to co 8/6/09 by fax and matter discussed on phone withreprentative co who has assured to look into matter but no response till date was received, please look into matter Was this information helpful? My car car got accident 10 of november 2012 I admitted the vehicle in gem motors hyderabad kukatapally still now nothing was happened already I have already submitted all documents with fir .
Dealer porson saying that insurance company prrson not came to survay is it possible or can we go to consumer forum to claim the insurance
