      I am insured wide IBA health insurance by your company. My I CARD no M58264561CANBER employee of CANARA Bank. I had submitted reimbursement Mediclaim on[protected] To Raksha TPA AHMEDABAD OFFICE. but so far the claim is not processed for payment and give the reason that policy is expiring on 30-10-23. The service of this TPA is very lethargic and irresponsive. Please advise them to process the claim as early as possible.

        I am a policyholder of this company for the past 4 years and still, they always have something in their mind not to pass the insurance they will take money on time every year but I will claim something then they will start to think about how to not pass the claim. In fact, I am not the only one there are a number of people suffering like this. If they can't provide a claim which I am purchasing every year then what is the use of the insurance then? Kindly then return the amount which I have paid for the last 4 years either you accept the claim or else refund because your insurance company will find a way to reject the claim every single time. I don't want any harassment I had arranged the money that's why my billing was smooth those who are completely dependent on the insurance what will they do? Kindly take action which will make an impact.

          The company reject my claim of bumper due to some old scratches. they did not pay for scratches and now they refuse my claim on the basis of that scratches very disappointment I am facing with the company. I purchase this insurance on the suggestion of Honda dealer. when I go to showroom for claim for some scratches they refused that the claim not processed for the scratches It should be damage then only the claim is processed. Now the insurance company rejects my claim of bumper and LHS of my car.

            I had applied for a claim for theft of my bike "ragistration no UP93BL9160" but national insurance company civil lines jhansi up employees after a long time say no to my claim without any valid reason. I find it very unacceptable that the insurance company would reject a valid claim without providing any proper explanation or justification.
            I would like to request that my claim be re-evaluated and provide me.

              I bought oneassist protection plan last year in september for my smartphone, at that time i was under 18 and there was nothing mentioning that you have to be above 18 at the time of buying the plan if you want to claim it in future. And now when i need it they are declining my request by saying that you are an underage customer even though now and even on the time of accident i was 18 plus. So it was basically useless for me to buy it in first place. I want you to accept my claim so that i can get my smartphone fixed.

                      , I was admitted with severe back pain and stomach spasm in Rukmani Birla Hospital Jaipur on advise of Docktor Ashish Sharma Head of Ortho

                      My National Insurance policy # is[protected]

                      NIC (National Insurance Corporation) has repudiated my claim stating this could have been treated in OPD, where as Doctor advise why admission was necessary was mailed to them ON Hospital letter head. Does the insurance company decide on patients treatment more than a doctors advise
                      I suffered severe back pain on 25th Oct 2022 and took injections and medicines for 2 days before being admitted on 28th when there was no relief
                      Doctor wanted complete examination, as it could also be case of pancreatis or any abdomen issue, since the pain was in lower abdomen and back. On 28th he Doctor asked me to come to hospital in ambulance immediately and get admitted

                      It was complete immobilization of lower half. This happened twice 25th Oct and 28th Oct.
                      On advice of reputed doctor ~ Dr Ashish Sharma who also happens to be Dean and Head of ortho in one of the most Reputed Hospital of Jaipur Rukmani Birla immediately advised admission on 28th suspecting something majorly wrong in spine or abdomen.

                      He tried treating me from 25th to 27th with injections and medicines, receipts of which are with me. When this happened on 28th. since I was in utmost pain I could not wait for TPA formalities of Insurance and paid from personal credit card immediately

                      Fortunately, in the MRI nothing major was found with spine except minor L5 irregularity. Was provided ultrasound therapy and injections through drip which released the pain to extent. Gastroenterologist was consulted and diagnosed abnormality is abdomen, suggested Ultrasound

                      FHPL & NIC suggest this could have been treated in OPD and did not require admission. Which the treating Doctor said was not possible. “they cannot overrule Doctor advise” “ I tried treating for 2 days through medicines and injection and finally asked you to get admitted”

                      Since I had no help available, and repudiation is subjective, if it was genuine case I let the court decide whether an Insurance company decides on patients treatment.

                        I(Spouse ) Ravish Vasant Dhebri Age 76+ as Patient, My wife Vijaya R Dhebri Age 71+ Primary Insured by Bank of Baroda Her EC no 142134 vide GHI Policy for Retirees. Policy[protected] year 21-22.I am undergoing Chemotherapy treatments every month for my Urinary Bladder Cancer at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital Pune. My July 22 &Aug 22 Day care treatments are denied by National InsCo Corporate regional office Mumbai mentioning clauses 2.10, .2.19. & 3.3.I have in detail Read Policy Document (Policy No[protected] as mentioned above ) total pages 26.between Bank Of Baroda Head Office, Baroda Bhavan Alkapuri road Baroda.and National Ins Mumbai Regional Office Churchgate. clause 2.10 page 3, 2.19 pg 4 &3.3 pg 9 shows 36 Trmnts permitted as Inclusions for Day Care Trmnts in which Chemo trmnt is at item no 13. TPA Medi Assist have Violated these framed rules & rejected my claims Claim Nos 29115030 for Rs 05913 & 29514718 for Rs 03854 total09767/-I have already Paid full charges to the Hospital.Kindly Review this Legitimate claims and clear my claims to Prevent my Financial Loss at this Retired Age.Pl Pay my Reimbursement by NEFT in my Bank of Baroda Sadashiv Peth Pune 30 Branch .Earlier chemo Trmnts from nov, Dec 2021 total Six Were Paid by National Ins co Mumbai in my acct by Neft.without any Denial by TPA Medi Assist. Do not understand why they have Denied Now.

                        Urgent Action by National Ins Co Corporate Regional office Mumbai is Requested as my Complaint UNRESOLVED For last One and Half Month. I have already Paid Full Hosp Charges in Aug 2022.

                        My Complaint ID 3362857 Dtd 13 Dec2022 NOT YET RESOLVED. Pl note my Reimbursement Claim is Valid & Legitimate as per details given in my Above complaint. I Request NAT INS CO Corporate Regional Office Mumbai to Revoke my claim Denial by TPA Medi Assist ( Year 21-22 ).Also please note that this Claim for Rs 09767/-of July 22& AUG 22 are 7th & 8 th for my Day Care Chemo treatments, TPA Medi Assist have passed my earlier 6 claims of Day Care Chemo treatments .I am sure Nat Ins Co Mumbai have Powers to overrule TPA 'S Denial as my Reimbursement claim is as per Policy Document as mentioned in my 13 Dec 22 Complaint .Pl prevent my Financial Loss.

                        My Complaint of 13 Dec 2022 . I was informed that compliant will be RESOLVED IN WEEK'S Time .But .Almost Three Months over NO RESOLUTION AS YET. My complaint is Not Given for Records/Library Storage but for Resolution in Time Bound Manner. I DO NOT Find /See any Concrete Actions being Taken .I have earlier given Two Comments No Response to This Also. National Insurance Co Have to give " Assurance to Policy holders "who have Paid Large Premium that valid/legitimate claims will be Reimbursed without Delay.
                        My December 2022 complaint for valid/legitimate Reimbursement Not Resolved till 06 April 2023

                          Unable to renew policy online

                          I am unable to renew the above two wheeler policy which is expiring on 12th November 2022 through ONLINE.

                          I had logged in to the customer ID [protected]

                          When i clicked on RENEWAL the following error appears

                          "SELECTED QUOTE IS NOT ELIGBLE FOR EDIT OR RENEWAL AS IT IS PENDING FOR DATA ENTRY / UNDERWRITING / COLLECTION

                          My father sri ranjit kumar singh's vide claim no. Hh[protected] for renal treatment was rejected on ground of kidney transplanted on 2008, mistakenly stated by manipal hospital which they corrected later and accepted their mistake but still claim not settled. Till date my father has no such surgery except of avf which was required for dialysis.

                          A reopen leter submitted to nic div - iv on 20.09.2022 but till date no reply received from them, already 15 working days gone

                            I have informed to MD India customer care services at the time of patient admission and he informed you getting automatically claim ID Number. Then I have called after patient discharge and now he given claim number. Any problem for reimbursement?

                              My mother is serious for the urinary problem, she is admitted to Ruby Hall Hospital Pune, Claim ID: 29489667, and the doctor have advised for an operation for today(25th August 2022) at 9 am but till now National Insurance have not approved the claim and the hospital is asking me to make the full payment.

                                  On many time requests made by Ms. Gunjan working at ROHAN MOTORS LIMITED, 432, MUKUND NAGAR, GHAZIABAD, PIN-201001 in Insurance Section, I had issued a Post Dated Cheque Number 168242, dated - 16/08/2022. But the concerned person working at Rohan Motors deposited it in bank account of National Insurance Company Limited in July, 2022 and that was presented in my bank on 26/07/2022 and that’s was returned by the bank and the bank charged Rs. 118/- and debited in my bank account.

                                  Even after I say this, that I will come to the agency myself and renew the policy before the due date, Madam kept calling repeatedly and said that sir you should be given a post-dated check and we will deposit this on 16/08/2022. When she assured me that the cheque will be deposited on due date, then and in influence of that I had given post-dated Cheque No. 168242, dated – 16/08/2022 on the various telephonic requests made by Ms. Gunjan, Phone No. [protected] (a staff of Rohan Motors Limited).

                                  Following issues has been arisen with the matter –

                                  (a) As the cheque was returned and bank has charged Rs. 118/-, it is financial loss to me and besides this loss of my reputation in the bank and my account’s record in the bank has become worsen.
                                  (b) My track record with National Insurance Company Limited and with Rohan Motors Limited and with NATMAR and with RTO Authority has also become worsen.

                                  (c) My Policy has been cancelled by the Insurance Company.

                                  (d) The concerned staff at Rohan Motors Limited have dishonoured their commitment and breaches my trust on Rohan Motors Limited, so the case is made out of Breach of Trust for which Rohan Motors Limited is responsible.

                                  (e) The National Insurance Company Limited has issued a letter via registered mail to me and the company has c.c. this letter to various departments as mentioned in the letter issued by National Insurance Company Limited.

                                  (f) I have suffered mental agony due to all the above issues.

                                  Please tell me who is responsible and accountable for my loss of trust, financial loss, and loss of reputation and for mental stress.

                                  All above facts may be verified with call recordings at Rohan Motors Limited recorded in their system. If, they deny to provide the recording, so I will provide the recordings in my phone. Please give me the answer as soon as possible and oblige.
