Agent NOC - Asha Bhatia - NIC/409/1418421

This is in ref to the captioned subject, I, Asha Bhatia having agency with National Insurance Co Ltd vide Rgst No NIC/409/1418421, 've applied for NOC from NIC dtd 16/08/2024 and the same was accepted by concerned authorities dtd22/10/2024...

The NOC letter is issued as attached.

it is found the my agency is still showing active with NIC on IRDA portal.

Request you to delete the agency with NIC...

Health Claim not paid off in full

I have a National Mediclaim policy of National Insurance Co. Ltd. vide policy number[protected] for a period of 24/03/2020 to 23/03/2021. I had a reimbursement claim no. 22862174 for Rs. 518498/- out of which only rs. 184440/- have been sanctioned by the company. i hold a policy of Rs. 5 lacs and also bonus of Rs. 125000/- total rs. 625000/-.
company has deducted Rs. 334058/- which is very unreasonable.

rc name changes not updating in insurance policy?

website not working since more than 48 hours

From sunday, 23 september 2018, morning the website is down. Each time i contact the online customer care, they say try after few hours, so i don't know according to them few hours are few days or month. I have 2 policies to get renew, and 23 september was last day. I know, they don't listen at the time of claiming, although this is not acceptable service. They are asking me to visit near by center to pay premium offline. Now i am 8 km away...

failed to send or generate online policy after a long period

I am using national insurance company's insance since 2011, i alredy renewed through online and offline mode
For my 2 wheeler - passion pro (Self start) bearing no kl 07 bs-5787 by policy number570801/31/16/[protected]
But on 27th januray 2018 i tried online renewal, at 21:19 hrs through federal bank internet banking of rs. 1162.
Was deducted from my account, payment was successful but policy was not generated. The site...

Online policy renewal not working well customer care personnel not taking action

I have lot hassle with this insurance company I can not renew my policy thorough online, most of the time their server down nor not accepting my policy to renew saying policy digits having eighteen only minimum 20 digits is required
