Dear sir/madam, I primary Insured of Heaith policy No: HHS1. [protected] not utilised total sum insured of Rs. 300000/- between 01/10/2021 to 31/10/2022 I claimed some claims but they passed few as below 18.2.2022-- Rs.11871 (krishna rao) .caasless- Rs.132000 (Pushpavati) 14.6.2022-- Rs.22089 (puspavathi) 14.6.2022-- Rs.3856 (krishna rao 26.9.2022-- Rs.11355 (krishna rao 25.10.2022--Rs.49239 (tejasri) Total of 230410/- rupees only I utilized but one claim of M Krishna Rao bearing policy No: HHS1.
