This has been the most frustrated experience while dealing with National Insurance officials who have always showcased high level of irresponsibility when it comes to customer grievance and support.
Countless visits and contacts with their Delhi office had been completely in vein. Though this matter was also highlighted to highest levels in past and was acknowledged, howeever did not help either.
The response from their office till date had been the same that they neither they had any records in their system nor they had any file in office for this Claim or policy number.
During our last visit, we were told to resubmit the entire paper work again what we did, however that did not make any difference even.
I had a word recently with branch manager, however the response remained the same that they were unable to find any record in system. I am failing to understand that why a customer is paying the price for any gaps in updating their system records. Here are the details for your reference:-
