Subject Regarding Complain No. 36494 Dated 22-09-10
I Have repaired my Natraj Ata maker Sanduk Model at Anand Corporation. Service Engineer Mr. Vijay First visited at our House and found that moter is jam. So he has detached moter and I have hand over the same at Anand Corp. I have paid Rs. 175/- to Mr. Vijay
After Replacement of 6206 & 6204 and Bearings and 25 MFD capeciter they have give me Bill no 4131 for Rs. 520. & another Kaccha bill for Rs. 50/- Charges for Moter Fan. ( Please note that Moter Fan is not replace). And they have demanded Rs 175/- which I have paid. but they have not issued bill for Rs175/- ( Even though they have promissed me that when our Cousomerr engineer will come for moter errection he will give your bill for Rs. 175/-) .
I have asked to Mr. Dharmesh Patel C.E. for Bill but he has not given me the same.
In short M/s. Anand Corporation has Collected RS. 175/- Twice form Me. but thay have not given me receipt/bill for the same.
Total I have Paid Rs. 175+520+50+175=920 and Received bill no 4131 for Rs. 520 & kaccha bill for Rs. 50/-
Pl let me know the actual charges.
Please do the needful in this mater.

Natraj atta maker — START PROBLEM
STARTING PROBLEM I have Natran Atta Maker purcahse 29.06.2011 (Only for one day) but there is problem is not start the atta maker (Motor Problem), and Natran atta maker service station (Baroda) is not resposible answer me.
yes, you are right. Natraj aata maker has very few service center all over India. Because of this, existing service center has got monopolly and they can do what ever they want. POOR customer has no choice except to surrender such service centers.
The customer who believes in authorized service center will suffer a lot. Else advisable go to local general service man, he will give service fast at reasonable cost.

I have taken nataraj Atta Maker on 15 April 2011. It is ok upto last month, but now a days when i have making Atta flour, the flour was going outside the Atta Maker. i saw one Wooden patti was broken . Please come and see Whats the problem as possible as early.

I HAVE PURCHASED NATRAJ ATTAMAKER --GOLD FROM M/S. AMBANI MARKETING NASIK ON 29/03/2010.VIDE BILL NO 4552(CARD NO 3965)
ALSO WON PRIZE OF TWO YEARS WARRENTY UNDER SCRATCH THE CARD SCHEME. SINCE THE MACHINE IS FREQUENTLY GIVING TROUBLES.
