NCarry.com — worst customer care

following is my order number with ncarry.com

order date : April 5, 2012, 7:22 pm
Expected date of delivery: April 12, 2012, 7:22 pm

it was my first experience with ncarry which turned out to be the worst one. In tract order i just got "Awaiting dispatch" till today i.e the

expected delivery date. As i was not sure about the reputation so i selected first part payment online and rest COD. you must remember that this company never replies to ur emails and you need at least 25 trials before ncarry's toll free[protected] will connect you. Either they have only few phone lines or they have very few
operators on duty.

In between i had three conversation resulted as below

1. Mr. X (I didn't ask the name of gentleman ) - on 9-Apr-2012 - This guy said that my order colour is not in stock so i requested him to send
slate grey colour which was available as per him. He said that he is modifying the order accordingly.

2. Mr. Pratik - on 11-Apr-2012 - This guy again repeated that black is not available i requested that in previous conversation with ur operator
i had already requested him to arrange grey colour for me. He again assured that he is changing my order to grey. However in track order it
was still showing black. I had also asked whether they have any alternate number as toll free is difficult to get connected they he gave me one more number.

3. Mr. Jagan or Jagat - on 12-Apr-2012 - it was the date they were suppose to deliver this items but within last 3-4 days development i was
sure that this company is far from any professionalism, and either they or only GOD know the delivery date. After repeated dialling the person
said the same stroy that black is not available, i again requested the same thing and the same way he assured the same thing as earlier. As the
track order shows the same thing.

My conclusion

1. Be aware of this fraud company, they r damm unprofessionals.
2. I[censored] will send a mail to [protected]@ncarry.com tyou will get an auto reply saying that they will reply in 24hrs. which i didn't get in even 72 hrs.
3. Talking to these guys on there toll free will give u similar experience of climbing everest.
4. There is no alternative contact's mentioned on there site, which we can use to report further.
5. You must checkout these things before you order.
6. They should definetely talk to customer and update them.


Further i had decided to forget my order and part payment which i made to this company and requested my local dealer for the same. He is at least
far better then this ncarry.com. I m sure that i will again face the same situations even tomorrow. It was a blunder from my side to choose this
great company for my order.
