I PURCHASED A MOBILE FROM THE SITE NCARRY.COM . I PAID Rupees 1498/-( UNDER ORDER NUMBER[protected] DATED 25/09/2012.EXPECTED DELIVERY WAS WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. TILL TODAY IT WAS NOT DELIVERED.I TRIED CALLING AT THE SAID INQUIRY NUMBER BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE, THEN I TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER WHICH WAS MENTIONED FOR ORDER ASSISTANCE & THEY ASSURED ME THAT MY ARTICLE WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN ONE/TWO DAY.BUT TILL TODAY THERE IS NO...

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE SERVICES OF NCARRY.COM

THEY SHIP YOU DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND WILL COLLECT FULL MONEY FOR IT. THEN THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED TO LISTEN TO YOUR COMPLAINTS.

I HAD ORDERED A MICROMAX FUNBOOK PRO. THEY DELIVERED THE PRODUCT WITH DEAL PIXELS ON THE SCREEN. AFTER REPEATED CALLS AND EMAILS, ALL I GET BACK IS AN AUTO GENERATED EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

THEY ARE CHEATING IN BROAD...

I had ordered a Micromax Funbook through Micromax website. It routed me to ncarry.nimbuzz.com
After purchasing through the merchant site i also got the product. After checking the product I found that the whole screen is cracked. Tried calling the helpline number and luckily got through in the 38th attempt and lodged a complaint. After that have sent several mails to the support email-id only to be baffled by not getting any response...

I had purchased Micromax Funbook online through my credit card on 19.04.2012 from NCarry.com (FULL AMOUNT PAID) and they projected the delivery date after 7 days. But they did not deliver the item and on 30.04.2012 they intimated me that they have despatched the item by Blue Dart courier with AWB No [protected].

But this AWB number never got registered with Blue Dart. Today, after regularly calling up the customer support...

i have ordered micromax funbook from ncarry.com (a division of nimbuzz.com) vide order no[protected] dt 9-4-12 and money of rs 7299 was debited from my credit card.till date it has not been delivered.
1.they informed on 13th that stocks are not available.it will be despatched on 14th.
2.till 16th it was not despaTCHED.AFTER CONTACTING THEY INFORMED THAT IT IS GETTING DESPATCHED TODAY.

Kindly i purchase micromax funbook by NCarry.com , I pay 6499/- but i received damaged product at the end .

I also call customer care of NCarry.com , but no replay from there side , I am middle class member , I earn only 11000/- per
months , So You can understand that i cheated from NCarry.com

it was my first experience with ncarry which turned out to be the worst one. In tract order i just got "Awaiting dispatch" till today i.e the

expected delivery date....

I purchased a mobile hand set through online shopping from Ncarry.com vide Order ID 4f[protected] on dated[protected] but upon the delivery of the product, I found that it was used mobile / second hand and heavily scratched and the screen is vibrating even before I used it. It was also missing the SD card as per written over the box while customer executive told me that all will be delivered as per containing over the box.
