[Resolved] Ndpl — Delay in correct name/address and load change
This is regarding my request of change of Load from 1 KW to 5 KW which was submitted by me on[protected] in your customer care at Pitam Pura where the reference number was [protected] given to me. After two days one representative came to my residence from NDPL and we had filled up the form as such required for the name changing (from my father – Late Shri Gulshan K. Behl to my mother Smt. Sneh Behl) however the death certificate of my father (Late Shri Gulshan K Behl) & the papers of house property with necessary documents had been submitted to him.
On 5th June, 2009, we came to know that there are some problem in address the words i.e. Second Floor which were not mentioned in your records even these two words are mentioned in the property papers as it means in our area i.e. 37 Ground Floor, 37A First Floor and 37B Second Floor. Any way I went to your Consumer Care Center at Keshav Puram, Laxmi Bai College and shown all original documents to Madam Himani Joshi # [protected], (Office: 27183001,[protected] & received the acknowledgement of my request again and i.e. [protected] for data modification – data correction/modification with notepad remarks i.e. Addition of Second floor in the current address and phone number i.e. 27106229.
As per the acknowledgement, the expected resolution date is[protected].
My main concern is to change the name i.e. from my father name to my mother name and secondly to increase the load i.e. 5 KW from 1 KW however the request was already made on above mentioned reference number [protected].
We are paying the bills regularly and you can check the same in your previous records or in database about the same. You are requested to please do the needful and complete such requirement on pronto basis vide two reference numbers as mentioned above.
