Every time whenever i call TPDDL Customer care no. - 1926 a computer voice is playing “your call cannot be connected”.
Today as on 4 August 2022 at 14:07 am wanted to know how long this power cut is going to be as in my locality there is a power cut which is now more than of an hour but I cannot ask because my call cannot be connected....

Sir, I have applied for two new meter vide Notification No[protected] and[protected]. Accordingly, NDPL representative visited my house on 30 Jul 2022 and did formalities. Today I received a notification No.[protected]. and observation that " Falls under or in the unsafe vicinity of HT Line (TPDDL Network).
I would like to bring your kind notice, it is a matter of corruption/bribe. The representative who visited my home demanded...

It has been nearly a month since filling the 5 steps online application form for a new connection, yet till date I have not received any update regarding when they will inspect the property and then install the new meter. The flat had a meter and electricity connection when I purchased the flat a few years ago. The flat was empty and locked for a few years as I was posted outstation. NDPL removed the existing meter and left my flat in darkness, without any information. Now they say I can get only new connection, which also they have not done anything. I need to move in to the flat so please help me getting the electricity ASAP, As without electricity its unhabitable.
The connection is required in the following address-
B-5/9, FF, Sector -3, Rohini, Delhi.

      Ye 2bhk flat hai or yaha log reh rahe hai Electricity use ka rahe hai par meter reading always 0 aati hai.

          I am a customer of NDPL - TPDDL, it has been over 2 months since our street light is not working and we are chasing TPDDL. We have raised multiple complaints on their customer care and visited the TPDDL office many times. But there is no resolution.

          In reference to complaints registered (Complaint Numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected]. Every time their team says, the issue will get resolved within 48 working...

                I have registered for new metre connection around 20 days ago and i have submitted all documents regarding that.
                I have never received any call or no single person visited my house for new connection.
                I have tried several times to connect with your customer service but i have not also recieved any response from them.

                On the subject cited above, I, being a very SR. Citizen, humbly request you to kindly re-issue me a modified bill against Bill No.[protected] against CA No. No.[protected] with necessary corrections thereto as per the facts as summarily appended hereunder:

                a) A sum of Rs.900/- has not been adjusted/deducted from the present bill no which was shown against ADJUSTMENT head in the previous bill No.[protected]....

                I wish to inform you that I am living at 95C, AD Block, Power Apartment, Pitampura, New Delhi-34. We are facing Fluctuation in Power Supply for the last 2-3 months.

                Because of Fluctuation problem my Air conditioner and Refrigerator got damaged.

                I, therefore, humbly request you to kindly arrange to rectify this Fluctuation at the earliest possible.

                  Please address our concern and shift the Electric Pole which is very close to my House and can cause Danger to any person . Electric wires are running very close to the balcony and can cause danger to any Human and even Kids. This is my humble request to shift the Pole to some distance and avoid any miss-happening.
