I am from north delhi rohini, his name is name jyoti she picked my call on complaint helpline number where i want to register my compaint about my high bill payment so i asked her my mothly average she told me ap jaise customer or (Log) nhi mante ki apne jayda electricity consume kari hai
Is this right way to talk is this the way u resolve a issue and my problem is not solved please do something and teach them how to talk with the customer...

        Sir, we are trying to reduce the load of my above connection we were informed that online application to be made for load reduction, since July 2022 on wards we are trying to apply for load reduction, system was not accepting the application, when we contact the customer care center we we asked to wait 6 month, After that in April 2023 we were informed since the our yearly average is high systems is accepting load of 38kw and load was reduced to 38 kw but same was increased to 59 kw in June 2023, since then we are trying to get the load reduce but system is not accepting the application.
        since June 2022 till now my Highest MID is 9 kw only, i am been forced to pay fixed charges for 59 kw, i requests to reduce my load to 20 kw only.

            Dear Sir,
            it is a request that in your NDPL area Swatantra Nagar Part-C, Narela Delhi, Pin Code-110040, electricity theft is being done by some officers by intruding and when the public opposes it, they threaten the residents of the street. It is known that our electricity department has a good reputation, no one can harm us. If you also do not have any solution for them, then the last way for the applicant is to go to RTI, Vigilance Department and High Court. Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into this and order to take strict action against those officers and power thieves whose reports are as follows:-

            1. Pillar No- U514-45
            26B/5/9/6,
            Gali No. 70 C, Ghonda Road, Swatantra Nagar Narela Delhi-110040, electricity pole with NDPL (blue cable) has been taken inside the house without meter connection by putting it in the box (by which 5/6 AC of 2 ton and Commercial machines are running 24 hours. (Sunil Water Plant)

            2. House in front of meter CA No.[protected], KD Hospital Wali Gali, Ghonda Road Swatantra Nagar Narela, electricity pole with NDPL (blue cable) has been taken inside the house by putting it in the box without meter connection 24 hours theft happens

            3. Pillar No. 514-45
            2/1/1/4,
            front house, Bawana Road, Radha Swami Satsang Colony, front of Bharat Mata School Stand, Narela Delhi-40, along with electric pole, theft is being done by putting black wire in the top box, which is connected 24 hours day and night.

            4. Pillar No. HT-514/45
            61/2, Gali No. 76/77B, Ghonda Road Swatantra Nagar Narela Delhi-40, two NDPL (blue cable) boxes without meters are installed in the electric pole whose load is so high (6 ACs of 2/2 ton and machines being run) due to which many times the box has also been faulted. (Billu water plant)

            Note:- Where do these power theft mafias get the blue cable with NDPL and how do they steal without adding meter connection to the electricity box. Commercial Theft is taking place due to whose load the neighbors are also facing trouble, so you are requested with folded hands, please order to take appropriate action.

              I have requested change in the ownership from previous owner to my name with Tata Power for CA no. [protected] due to purchase of property. I have submitted all required document and query raised many times. It is pending since 4th January 2023 with request /Notification no. [protected].
              It is very disappointing and disheartening to see so difficult/impossible process there.
              Request your help in getting ownership change on urgent basis.

                We are a family of 5 and its getting very hard to pay to high bills without even using those many resources.
                Our neighbours and relatives leaves the lights on all day in summers and winters, ude multiple televisions, have similar fridge, leave geyser on all day while we only use lights in the evening, only 1 hour geyzer, only 1 fridge and use 1 television and are still getting 2-3 times their bills
                Please help with this issue as it is getting very hard to pay such bills and is only gonna get harder in summers

                  My name is Pawan Kumar Agarwal. I have a godown at Plot No.973, Khasra No.71/2, Shyam Colony, Budh Vihar Phase 2, Delhi.

                  I would like to bring into your notice that I have been applying for TPDDL (Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited) electricity meter connection since 18 April' 2022. My notification numbers are[protected] applied on 18 April 2022 and Notification No.[protected] applied on 15 July 2022.

                  Each time an Inspection Officer comes from TPDDL and mentions that there is a high tension line near your premises, He says the lines should be at least 4 feet from your premises. There is also a transformer just adjacent to the premises. Hence, the connection can not be processed.

                  It has been more than 4 months since the first meter visit was done for inspection. But there has been no step taken till now to remove the transformer or the high tension line.

                  I have to establish a small-scale handicraft industry on those premises. I fell at a huge loss. I have also talked to TPDDL customer care but no adequate answer has been given to me till now.
                  I would request the authorities to take the necessary action on it. Please do everything possible to get my electricity meter to start up. Kindly take that step.

                    Every time whenever i call TPDDL Customer care no. - 1926 a computer voice is playing “your call cannot be connected”.
                    Today as on 4 August 2022 at 14:07 am wanted to know how long this power cut is going to be as in my locality there is a power cut which is now more than of an hour but I cannot ask because my call cannot be connected.

                      Sir, I have applied for two new meter vide Notification No[protected] and[protected]. Accordingly, NDPL representative visited my house on 30 Jul 2022 and did formalities. Today I received a notification No.[protected]. and observation that " Falls under or in the unsafe vicinity of HT Line (TPDDL Network).
                      I would like to bring your kind notice, it is a matter of corruption/bribe. The representative who visited my home demanded...

Sir vo wire mere shop ke shutter ke uper se ja rhi hai usse mere shop, infect mere puri property me electric current ane ka risk hai. Aas pas ki property me bhi current ane ka risk hai. Mere daughter ne mr. Jain ko kha tha magar unhone dhyan nhi diya. Or tape laga ker chod diya. Sir inki jo purani wire hai vo niche latek rhi hai tutker niche bhi gir sakti hai.kissi rahchalte ke uper bhi gir sakti hai. Sir mr. jain apni irresponsibility ke chalte logo ki life se khel rahe hai. Sir me property ka owner hun issliye me apni responsibility samajh ke me aap ko inform ker rha hun. Please aap inke blue wali jo power ki wire hai vo new wire lagvaye taki hmari or sabki safety bani rahe or unke uper heavy penalty lgaye taki next time mr. jain assi irresponsible activities na kare.                         It has been nearly a month since filling the 5 steps online application form for a new connection, yet till date I have not received any update regarding when they will inspect the property and then install the new meter. The flat had a meter and electricity connection when I purchased the flat a few years ago. The flat was empty and locked for a few years as I was posted outstation. NDPL removed the existing meter and left my flat in darkness, without any information. Now they say I can get only new connection, which also they have not done anything. I need to move in to the flat so please help me getting the electricity ASAP, As without electricity its unhabitable.
                        The connection is required in the following address-

                                  I am a customer of NDPL - TPDDL, it has been over 2 months since our street light is not working and we are chasing TPDDL. We have raised multiple complaints on their customer care and visited the TPDDL office many times. But there is no resolution.

                                  In reference to complaints registered (Complaint Numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected]. Every time their team says, the issue will get resolved within 48 working hours. but no one bothers about customer complaints). There are instances due to the absence of light people met with an accident and had major injuries.

                                  The same was communicated with TPDDL, but still, there is no action.

                                  Please look into this concern or suggest, how we can post to some other service provider.
