[Resolved]  Ndpl — Poor Services

Hi,

I am Varun Malik Residing at B-7/29, Sector-4, Rohini, New Delhi - 110085. The connection is in the name of Kundan Lal Malik and our K num is [protected] and CA num is [protected]. Our connection has lost on Saturday around 06.00 pm in the evening. We have logged a complaint to NDPL customer care. We have called 20 times to follow up the case but everytime they replied we will see it on a priority basis. Our complaint number is [protected], their services are rediculous.

Everone in our area except us are using the services only not us. My grandmom is staying with us and she is of old age and she is not well. Her body is not supporting so much of heat. If anything will happen who will take responsibility of that. It's been more than 18 hours we have not heard anything back from NDPL and we are not aware when they will come to fixed up the services.
We are tired now from chasing them and we spent a lot of money to call them as they pick up our phone after 15 or 20 mins. It's my humble request to look into this matter as we don't know there are many people who are suffering with this problem. So there should be proper action take against them so that they know about their pathetic services for which they are charging us a lot.
I am waiting to get a respose from your end.

1. The staff performs very slow when the use to come to repair faults. Moreover, when we ask that how much time will it take, they always makes false commitments and usually takes more than double of the initially committed time.

2. The field workers smokes and chew Paan at the time of repairing faults and and works very poorly and very slowly as seen at the fields.

I wake up 5 in the morning and has to leave for my workplace by 6 am and reaches back at around 7:30 in the eve back to home. I do go to my bed at 11:30. Now in past 1 month, we have power failures in our area (CC Block, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-88) for 4 times and each and every time the field staff and the seniors commit us the wrong time, plus the quality of work is so poor that every time there is a same problem of "Cable Damage" and the same happens at the time when I m about to go to my bed. I cannot sleep for more than 2 or max 3 hours a day in this case as without power, it really difficult to manage with the mosquitoes and as it is a summer season, it can be understood that how one can sleep in such a condition. Also the workers don't know the manner of how to talk to the customers, there treatment to the customers is like they are talking with there friends or relatives. And the charges are very high even then, when there is a power failure for about 4 hours a day. Kindly look into it as I do have great hopes from the registration of my complaints at this site. Please help me out :-I
