[Resolved]  NDTV Imagine Gold Safe Program — Gold Safe Program fake and fraud

Sir,

I ve been watching NDTV Gold Safe program since 2 months. The invite public to call them and give answers to their puzzles. How ever when called, its placed on hold for indefinite time and not at all connected. I ve personally experienced when my call was on hold for 48 minutes. I learnt similar experiences from my friends who have been put on hold for more than 50 minutes and 1 hour. And besides the calls taken by the hosts are actually repeated and its very evident that the callers are the host program's own staffs and they are just making public people shell out their money by calling the number[protected] which is charged at Rs. 12/minute. Even the SMS contest results are never revealed or their status are also not known. I request you to please look into the issue. You can take the public opinion on the show for confirmation.

I 2 know this... I m a child but as a child I was very ancious to call and give the answers becoz those puzzles were damn easy... I WANNA TELL EVERYONE THAT NO ONE MUST HAVE NOTICED THIS BUT I DID SO THAT "WHENEVER THAT GOLD SAFE IS ON I NOTICED THAT THE CALLERS ARE ALWAYS MALE WE DONT GET 2 SEE FEMALE VOICES . ITS SO THAT THEIR STAFF CONSISTS ONLY OF MALE STAFF AND NO FEMALE STAFF ... so the male staff are given a mike backstage and then they are told to give the answer which is totally opposite to the puzzle...SO PLZ MY DEAR FRNDS DONT WASTE UR MONEY ON CALLING THIS STUPID PEOPLE... INSTEAD OF THAT MAKE UR FAMILY HAPPY... THANKS FOR READING

Please mind your language, you have made mistakes while preparation of the papers and hence the cases are getting dismissed. You have not made HSBC as party to the present Complaint which is seperate and juristic persons within the meaning of section 2(1)(m) of CPA 1986 and have impleded the CEO and Director in their personal capacity who are not the service providers.

Please justify if this is not your mistake.

The OPs have filed written statement and has mentioned that the Complainant has not made HSBC as party to the present Complaint which is seperate and juristic persons within the meaning of section 2(1)(m) of CPA 1986 and has impleded the CEO and Director in their personal capacity who are not the service providers. In view of this, the Complaint suffers from mis-joinder and non joinder of parties.

The court has accepted the argument.

On previous ocassion i.e my appeal against the Maruti, the SCDRC has passed the same order.

It seems that mistake have been committed while preparation of the papers.

Please guide.
