[Resolved]  NDTV Showbiz. — Bollywood Tambola... Puzzle game.

Hi Friends,

I watch NDTV Showbiz sometimes.
I called up the no. 5664428 to play the puzzle on 16th Nov
and 17th Nov at 09.05pm. From that time till the end of the
game show 10.00pm i was kept on hold saying, that you are
lucky and your call will be transfered shortly, on both days.
How can they keep
a person on hold for a full 55 minutes on both days. I think
this game is a FRAUD. (The puzzle of Rani Mukherji's face).
They charge Rs 10 per min and keep the person on hold, earn
and that money they give away to others. You mean to say a
person cannot get thru to the studio line for a full 55 mins.
THis is totally RUBBISH.
THEY SHOULD NOT KEEP A PERSON ON HOLD FOR NOT MORE THAN 20 MINS.
They should atleast
give a free tambola tkt after every 10 mins to a person kept
on hold.
