[Resolved]  Neltech — is company is legal or not

hi guys me siddharth m a b-tech student ,,,
I hav also got a mail from neltech regarding to job in wipro .. and they r charging 9550/- rupees as pre deposit amount in bank in favour of (A/C department ).
so right now m getting too confused to wat to do .. as for careers i need a job .. bt for this huge amount how can i pay them .. without any ligal organisation ..
so anyone can help me regarding to dis subject ..
