[Resolved] Net Ambit — HARASSING TELECALLS | |||
Dear Madam/Sir, I have been an old subscriber to VODAFONE services.This is to inform you that despite subscribing to DND services,I am receiving irritating & harassing telecalls from a company called Net Ambit,who calls up for luring me to various investment options.They have calling at least thrice a day,despite being told ,that I am not interested,for last 3 months.But ,the height of intolerance reached today,when they purposed called me up in all the different no.s below,purposely to harass me in a space of 5-6 secs from about 11am to 1pm for about 50-60 times.Despite requesting them not to call(because I was attending my critically ill mother in ITU at AMRI hospitals ,Dhakuria),they showed no signs of relenting & continued to harass me still. I want strict action against these perpetrators for their irresponsible behavior.I want a strict action from your part against them, Please find the below mentioned no.s from which the calls where made. finally lost patience and wrote to VF...let's see if they care to address the issue at all.
problem is that very foundation of netambit's business model is unethical, so if grievances are addressed, if at all, that would be only for this particular occasion and they will start again from another set of numbers.
we can only hope that someday some form of significant penal action will be taken against netambit so that we stop hearing from them altogether.
