[Resolved]  Net4India — Trouble-ticket to a trouble-ride across scotland

Beware of Net4India, the unscrupulous web-fraudster who is hell-bent on taking gullible customers for an endless trouble-ride across pain, agony and embarrassment. A service charlatan whose business model is built on the cornerstones of dishonesty, fraud, impudence and tardiness.

As an unsuspecting customer, we reposed our faith in them and utilized their services. We were shocked to learn how callous and deceitful they are towards customers. A master-practitioner of the art of cheating, they skillfully procrastinate on redressing customer complaints and find ingenious ways to avoid genuine refunds. Driven by a team of thick-skinned personnel who have their eyes fixed on your wallet, Net4India revels at day-light burglary of the most despicable kind and seems ready to scoot with your hard-earned money at the slightest opportunity.

A simple request for domain authorization code requires endless phone calls, e-mails and visits to their office, only to be met with vague, irrelevant and hazy responses that leave one smarting under the hostility. A refund that must be automatically made for unutilized services is not done voluntarily which gives rise to suspicions on their business intentions. Worse still, even several requests for genuine refunds are audaciously ignored most of the time and when the pressure is on, the request is entangled in a web o[censored]nreasonable demands.

One is asked to raise trouble tickets for each issue which, at best leads to further trouble for the hapless customer. Our experience shows that basic values like trust, dependability and care are missing from Net4India’s lexicon – a dangerous indicator to what they have in store for prospective customers.

Belying their overtly courteous and seemingly caring communications peppered with such niceties as “Thank you for your relationship. It is our privilege to have you as our customer & We look forward to a long and fruitful association” is an insensitive web service provider which has thrown all caution to the winds and is adamant about not addressing customer issues come what may. They sweetly solicit customer feedback with questions such as “Are you satisfied with the service?” – one has the option to click “Yes” or “No” based on one’s experience and expects a response i[censored]nhappy with the service. While a “Yes” is happily accepted, a “NO” is invariably greeted with the message “Server Error” which promptly proves their hypocrisy. Such sham companies give one the unmistakable impression that business has gone to the dogs.
