Payment for domain renewal was done in the morning, the executives promised time required anywhere between 2 -4 hours, but even after 10 hours the matter is still pending. Calling up the account manager requires anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes with no guarantee of him turning up on the phone, written complaints were not answered, there was practically no response from anyone.
There is no proper support infrastructure, the executives aren't aware of any Escalation Matrix or no higher authorities available to answer our queries. It's really a worst situation if you ever need any kind of help from such organisations.
