[Resolved]  NIIT — Mis-selling

NIIT Ltd. a very popular name for providing computer education in India. I enrolled for GNIIT course in june 2005 in Paschim Vihar, Delhi Centre.
So many Centre Head had been changed yet, So many executives had been changed but everybody had the aim for more & more business by hook or crook.

Since I joined this course I was paying my fee continously year by year on correct time. At the time of inception of the course i was told by one of the sales executive that we will get a discount of amount equal to the service tax they are deducting but i have to pay fee on yearly modes. I did the same for 2 years duration but now when i have to pay the last year fee, i found they have deducted a lot of money as tax from my amount paid yet. when i complained the same to the head of centre she simply wants to make herself out of this matter. Even she is not ready to help me.

I have also raise the same matter one year before, but at that time i was made quite by assuring me that we will surely give you all relaxations, & then only i have paid my yearly fee.
At that time i also submitted those letter-heads where it was mentioned that we will give you discount as decided at beginning if i pay yearly fee.

Moreover they are not offering discounts, they are also cheating us. They entered our yearly payment as monthly payment & made the entries like we are not paying on one go <which will help them to make us wrong>.

Like me every student is getting cheated by them. So many students have the same problems like me... I will advised everyone not to take admission in NIIT at any cost even if they are offering their courses free of cost.

I need a clear solution as early as possible because Our centre management will make me deprived of sitting in my semester exams..
