DEAR ALL,
This is to say that I, Huseni.K.Ratlamwala had taken admission in your esteemed institute’s Ghatkopar branch in Mumbai for Diploma in IT course in June 2006, the tenure of the course was supposed to be of 1 year & the fees for the same was RS 44000/- (inclusive of the taxes). I paid it in 12 installments in 12 consecutive months without any delay in the PMT every month despite of the completion of 1st semester which took around 1 year. During this 1 year’s time I received the complete courseware components of DIT.
I also wanted to upgrade my course to GNIIT after completing DIT for which I also paid upgrade fees of RS 561/- on 15.05.07 as I was advised to do so by Pratima (in the center) on phone at around 7.00pm on same day so that I need not pay the inflated fees which would be levied on from 16.05.07. This amt was paid by me late in the evening at around 8.00-8.30pm so I did not receive the computerised reciept that time as the accountant(Tushar) had left for the day, I only received a hand reciept & was told to collect the computerised reciept on the next day from Tushar that would complete the upgradation process. But when contacted Tushar on next day he told he was busy with his work & would do it later & need not worry about the upgradation as it would happen without any problem. I took his words & kept in touch with him after every 7-8 days for the reciept, but got the same answer that he was busy & not yet done the work. Finally after 2 months I was told that the upgradation was done but only for the 4 semesters & not for the last 2 semesters (of PROFESSIONAL PRACTISE), the reason I was told was – “ their might be some age problem i.e. your age must be crossing 25 yrs by the time you complete your GNIIT course & you need not pay for the PROFESSIONAL PRACTISE.”
My question is when I m not eligible for PROFESSIONAL PRACTISE which provides us an idea of the Corporates way of working & their requirements & also a JOB GUARANTEE then why do I pay for only academical 4 semesters which gives me only the academical knowledge which stands nowhere in today’s world full of I T Professionals.
I also had to pull myself back from completing the 2nd semester last year of which I attended 2- 4 lectures last year because I am a working man & was also doing the studies & could not afford to miss the lifetime opportunity of getting upgraded in my co where I was working as a field executive since last 6 years to a Collection Manager what I am now just because the course was yet to be completed in NIIT. I went to NIIT Ghatkopar centre 7-8 months back & met the Centre Head of that time (Mrs Kadambari) for quitting NIIT & getting the refund of my tuition fees of 2nd semester but for my disappointment I was told that the fees cannot be refunded because I had attended 2-4 lectures of the 2nd semester. This is completely unacceptable that the delay of 7 months in the completion of 1st semester can be accepted by the student but the institute cannot accept the student’s position & give the refund. Secondly for my surprise when I sat on the PC in my office & started working on MS Excel I felt that whatever I studied in NIIT regarding excel was completely insufficient & does not stand enough in today’s demanding situation.
Lastly but not the least if a student makes a delay in paying 1 month’s fees he is charged late fees charges so I kept paying fees on time despite being the 1st semester not being completed on time, the situation which I went thru make me feel that this was the mistake I made of paying the 2nd semester’s fees also in advance. If wanted I can provide all the PMT reciepts available with me for your review.

This is not a complaint.

Just explaining my experience.

I was a student of NIIT Ottapalam for GNIIT course.

At the time of joining they offered 100% placements in top IT companies. And after the completion of the 3rd semester, as a procedure, i came to bangalore for 4th sem. And here i came to know, they wont give any placements and if it happned also, they are giving only BPO jobs, that you can achieve even if you are a graduate.

And also there was some complimentor books from Microsoft as a part of our course and i already paid for that. But the institute authorities was not ready to give me that books. They were telling that was only for the student who enrolled in a particular period. If it is like that also, i was eligible for that. Becoz, my classmates got the same. I strongly believ that they are doing some other business on this. Of course they are doing this as a business. And finally i called the centre head, and he was shouting on me saying that - we dnt have time to speak with you.

It's a warning for students who are planning to do couses in big institutions like NIIT. They have only brand names. No quality. They have only offers. No credibilitti. They are only looking for business.

Please think twice before you joining in NIIT. Because, you are simply wasting your money.

When we joined Niit we were interviewed with few hR's and said that...after completion of the course sure placement...with good reputed companies and later on after our completion of the course we were not interviewed with any good company....and after getting the highest marks in my batch...then also was sent for two interviews of some mathwari companies for two thousand(2000 )-three thousand(3000) per month.where at the time of joining we were asssured of 10-15k per month.

i am student of niit chinchwad i have paid my fees still they say to pay more i am tired of it and prem sir dont know to talk to students i want him to leave

when i'had taken admission at niit centre situated in sanjay place,agra , i was promised for a scholarship under there running scheme of GNIIT merit scholarship , its a case around 2 ago.
still i am unable to redeem my scholarship voucher
inspite of that i'had already paid more than 90% of my fees to the institute

My name is Dayashankar Ramkaran Pal student of NIIT Ghatkopar. I am doing CCNA from NIIT Ghatkopar and my student ID: - S[protected]. I have not received my CCNA voucher.
Due to wrong E-mail ID address is entered in my admission form. My E-mail ID: - [protected]@rediffmail.com which is correct but, unfortunately some one has entered E-mail ID: - pal.[protected]@rediffmail.com which is wrong. For that I have already spoken with Dipali (CCNA Faculty), Pratima Prabhu, Ghatkopar (E) NIIT Center Head: - Sonia Salvi and Territory Head: - Pooja Joshi Madam also. But I have not got my CCNA voucher.
Now it’s enough from last 3 month I am complaining about this problem but you haven’t taken it seriously step. So now you tell me should I do something if you where not able to do any thing

I bought a SCJP voucher for the amount of Rs.4850 from NIIT APTC Center.I gave the exam in Kolkata as I was transferred there.Now, I need a proper in-voice for the purpose of re-imbursement done by my employer TCS.
I requested Ms.Ananya Patnaik ,an employee of NIIT APTC Bhubaneswar Centre ,to send me this in-voice.I have been calling up Ms.Ananya and requesting her to send me the invoice since the past 2 weeks.
Only to be told that it will be sent soon.I had notified her that there is a minimum period after which the approval for re-imbursement becomes null and void.
Inspite of all this she took it with a lax attitude.She finally sent me screenshots of the invoice which are not accepted by my organisation.
I expected a proper in-voice.She could have just taken a one page print-out of the same,scanned it and sent it to me. That is not much to ask for.Instead she rudely asked me to collect it from Bhubaneswar if it was so urgent. This is highly unexpected from an organisation like yours and raises questions on how you treat your customers.
Can you ensure that i recieve the invoice as requested or I stand to loose all this money????

Thanks for making NIIT understand the true meaning of " Invoice". The screen shots send to you depicts the official invoice, the Student ID, the receipt number along with the candidate's name and address. Moreover, it shows the name of the Vendor along with the price and date of puchase of the voucher. Precisely, it is the "screen shot " of the original Invoice-cum-receipt.

For your information, an invoce (that you are looking for) is a system generated hard copy and should be collected physically from the Prometric Testing Centre, as and when required by the candidate. The same is available with NIIT APTC Bhubaneswar Centre and can be collected, i[censored]rgently required.

i hv an outstanding on my acc... i hv sttlement letter frm the hdfc bank.. in which i hv paid 2 emis... 1st one was for 10000 & 2nd one was for 500 after paying 2nd emi.. hdfc called me again..& said my settlement letter is voided.. we will issue a new letter. wid new amount .. & the amount u paid that will not be adjusted under the new letter... i refused their letter...
& after some time when my salary credited to my hdfc account..they hold my all funds >> they hold 15000 rupees frm my salary acc.. i was suffering throughout the whole month & dont have money to eat food, i was in deep depression....& even though i was in trouble,...collection people called me everytime & they abuse me like anything...they came at my place & they abused me
my whole family depends on me....
& in that months whole family suffers... just coz of that issue...& eventhough on 7th of every month my car emi debit frm my account..bt due to that my car emi bounced...& m still paying the interest for that,....
HDFC bank disturbed me like anything... i was about to suicide,.& my whole family was in depression.. HDFC gave us hard time..my family visits their branch in naraina as well & they abused my parents & they said we cannot do anything.. ur money has gone.,.. my whole family suffers a lot frm this ,,& i dont trust on hdfc anymore.....coz they gave me the letter & aftr tht they violadated the letter... so i want the resolution for this....i want my 15000 wid interest.....& i want written apology letter frm the bank....

I complained that I took admission in NIIT but it was about to one month over I could not get the course ware and also complained that I took admission in DWAD course which course fee is 19,500/- + tax,but it was told to me that it is 27,000/-. Now I want to withdraw my complaints because I got my course ware in hand and also I have got to know now that I was admitted not only in DWAD but also in another two courses named 1. "Application Programming using VB.Net",which contains VB.Net & ASP.Net web application and 2. Silver light windows live 7.But previously it was not told to me by the branch manager. So, now the branch manager is clarifying that the total package fee is 27,000/- and I will get three separate certificates for these three courses as well as placement assistance and campus interviews. I agree with it. Now I have no complaints. Thank you again for your feed back.
I will knock at your door again if any kind of problem any where will occur with me.

I want you to tell you about an issue regarding the fee. The issue is with NIIT branch sector 19, Noida - 201301, U.P., India. When i gave a visit at NIIT for the enquiry of the DBA course the fee that was told to me as per modules is given below:-

Module 1: SQL --- Rs. 8,273/-
Module 2: F1 --- Rs. 6,066/-
Module 3: F2 --- Rs. 6,066/-
Module 4: PT --- Rs. 6,066/-

They asked us to register with them and said i[censored] will pay for first one now you will get the above told fee structure in future when you will pay for other modules. I joined and paid for the first module,I attended the classes and module one is over now, when i asked to pay for module two so that i can join the classes when they will start, NIIT branch sector 19, Noida - 201301, U.P., India started asking for Rs. 9,273/- for module 2 and same for other modules too.
I had talk to NIIT customer care regarding this issue so they gave me an email id ([protected]@niit.com) and said just email your issue, the concern department will revert you soon.
After that I had emailed first mail on 11-nov-2009 and second mail on 30-nov-2009. After second mail I got an email in which they told me " we are reffering your case to our territory head Mr. Shailendra Soni. He or his representative will revert you shortly". After that there is no response from that side again i had mailed that this is my career issue please do needful for me and I had already told them I have to do the same course as soon as possible. But i didnot get any mail or phone regarding the issue.

I am working with BPO as well for just to get salary which helps me to stay in Noida, & i told to my father please bring me that much amount of fee for the course which was previously told by institute. But now they are asking very big amount and institute representative said fees got increases because the value of course got increase in market.
Please look into the matter and do needful as this is making it real difficult for me to even concentrate on my studies and suddenly I can't even think to pay this much of fee. Even I do have a paper and a NIIT course structure paper on which they explained me the fee structure. I will really appreciate if you please look into the matter and help me with this as soon as possible.

Niit Uniqua faculty Rakesh Datt Pull me down and ingonered my medical illness .I requested cocern person Rupali and Vineeta about this and send her sms. But again teacher want explation of my medical illnees and insulted several time in front of my class and batchmates.He was not allowed any break in middle of class started on 5:30 and 9:30.And force me to give written explation about my loose motions.I had went surgery last week and upset digestion and fracture in Spine.I had told him several times but he tried repitatively pulling me down.He is not kind hearted and to be over smart at class.I paid for the class on27/10/2009.But class started on tommorow.I tolerated her .But the faculty do not try to realise my medical illness.

Along with me nearly 140-150 students joined ANIIT course in NIIT institute hyderabad,ameerpet branch.They promised to teach courses C,C++,JAVA,sql,dot net. The duration of the course is 6 months.
However they taught C++,Core JAVA only in 10 months and were still promising to teach all the courses.They charged Rs 57,000.00 from each student.No one among us is properly employed now and even after learning all the courses most o[censored]s are working in only service sectors like BPO.
Still many students are searching jobs.

We came to know about the same from other branches of NIIT in hyderabad,bangalore,chennai.
Whoever reading this, my appeal is that don't ever go with fake advertisements.NIIT doesn't have any quality in courses.Just a trash institute.Government is also not taking any charge against these trash institutes.

I am Arghya Das. I live in berhampore,murshidabad,west bengal.
I am a B.Tech fresher 2009. after completing my B.Tech I wanted to join such a course to which can provide me a good job. I found NIIT providing such courses. I wanted to join a course on Diploma in DOT NET Technologies.I called NIIT. They gave me the address of my nearest center of NIIT, Baharampur. I went to my local NIIT center (Baharampur centre) & ask for the details. The branch manager met me and told that the course name is DWAD and the fee is 27,000/- (it is not the actual fees! ) and also told that I will get course ware/ study materials as well as placement in good company. He also told that I will get course material within 1 week of my enrollment in course and also get 2 to 3 campus per month. I took admission there and gave the 1st installment of 10,000/-. But 1 month was about to over and till to that time I got no course ware or no campus though the classes were going on.
When ever I asked the branch manager about these things he used to tell me that the course ware has been dispatched from Delhi and it will arrive soon and your cv has not been selected for campus yet (Which is not True I think).
It occurred a doubt in my mind. I started collecting information. I searched NIIT website. There I found that course ware will be provided to the student at the time of paying 1st installment.
It gave a big hit to me though I did not tell any thing to branch manager. I searched the phone number and address of Camac street, Kolkata branch. I phoned there.They told me "Yes the course ware is being provided to the student at the time of 1st installment or enrollment. The DWAD course fee is 16,000/- not 27,000/-. DDNT(Diploma in DOT NET TECHNOLOGIES) course fee is 27,000/- ". Sir this was the course I wanted to do but the local NIIT branch manager cheated me taking same fees. Sir, I HAVE BEEN CHEATED. Please help me! Please!

I have paid November fees but NIIT send me message in my mobile …paid your November fees. Nighters you will pay fine 500+texes and you can’t attempt his class.
Please call me argent. Because I will be paid last installment 848/- rupee but niit give me 5151/- rupees.
So I am confuse what I do.
So please kindly solved my problem so that I can achieve my Diploma after ANIIT at paid my original fees structure.

Dear sir,
I joined NIIT, Uttarpara on 1st october this year for A+ and N+ course. They charged me Rs.10100 for the course. I thought that it would be nice course on hardware and networking and i would be able to learn from this institute as they are so renouned. But during my course i came across the fact that the institute has no proper arrangements for this course. They don't have switch, Windows server 2003(as almost all activities are based on windows server 2003), crimp tool, wires to show, pentium 4 processor, old laptops, old printers,etc. I am trying to say that they have only arrangements for teaching the theory portion not practical portion though the book itself have practical activity section at the end of each chapter. I would have satisfied with that only if i had got good teacher. The teacher is from networking background and knows only about networking. The way he teaches about hardware is horrible. He doesn't know anything. I must say NIIT is becoming worst day by day.

I have applied my PP in April to Mrs. Shakila Ganesh however she did't process my PP request. I asked the reason to the centre and there also not responding properly and treating in a bad manner. You can also check my mark status i'm exceeding all the requirements. I raised a compliant by sending through an e-mail(2 times) to MR: Gopa Kumar(Assistant Manager-Territory Education Delivery- Chennai), however i did not got any feedback to them also . SO i dono what to do with this issu and this my 2nd level of escalution. This also not work on means i need to take a legal action on NIIT because it giving me a lot of mental disturbance. Please kindy do the needful to me regards with my PP and place me in a good organisation.

My name is joydeep Mukherjee and i thought of doing a Solaris Administration course to uplift my career prospects.Now in Kolkata NIIT is the only authorised vendor from Sun Microsystems.
When i went for counselling to JAdavpur Center i was promised that it would be a 3month course,I have registered and payed the entire fees however its more yhen 3 months and i have not even finished half of the course.
I would rather like to withdraw my money from the course as i have to call up my tutor asking as to when the class would start as they don not have SOLARIS in their practice room.
I am fade up with the lack lustre attitude of NIIT and cant afford to flow witheir lack lustre attitude as it is hampering my carrer.
