Requesting a refund

I paid around 23k to ICBI mumbai and wanted to enroll during covid, however got caught in financial crisis. i want a refund of my hard earned money and i wish you would refund the same. you may want to give many reasons on how your refund policy and life time membership works, however you may have to consider the challenges one goes through to pay their tution fees on their own, i am a working woman with 2 kids and my parents depend on me....

The programme advisor saba habib comes across to me as a very rude and impolite person. I have had face to face conversations with her asking her details on attending a test drive session or workshop but instead of providing me with the details for the same she tries to judge and force us on taking the courses. She acts like as if she knows to gauge a person. I would recommend the institute to terminate her services as she is not fit to be a programme advisor. She judges people and acts rudely as if she knows the person. Icbi is a name in the image consulting industry but with programme advisors like these it could spoil its created image.

    refund of my fees

    Highly unethical people with no sense of humanity. I enrolled for their soft skills business program ;however due my personal emergencies, i'm not able to continue their course and asked them to refund my fee as i 'm doing this course my taking personal loan and my personal situation do not allow me to do this course. And they gave me an option of online course at the cost of regular course and bluntly said that we can not refund the fee....

    Fake Promises - Low Quality Education

    highly fake and lying bunch of people. registered my daughter with them for the course and they promised her good quality education, work and support in business and marketing after the course, nothing happened. very bad education, management and teachers. they have their own students with no experience teach other new students. no work assignment till date and it has been over a year. they keep giving her one or the other thing to do without...
