I took admission in ibs for BBA 2023 batch.
I have discontinued before the start of classes.
I have paid one semester fees and hostel fee also.
They said the fee will be refunded soon.
It's been three months, money was not credited to account.kindly refund the fee amount

IBS MUMBAI is not allowing students to attend semester exams due to low attendance. Even after having a proper medical reasons and documents for the same. I tried convincing the faculty and academic dean to allow me to write exams still they are adamant about it. They are asking students to pay for makeup exam which will cost 3.5k per subject in cash. We have 7 subjects which will cost a student upto 30000. I'm not in a financial position to pay for makeup exam also this whole thing is causing mental distress. They ask for the money in cash and no proper receipt is provided it says miscellaneous expenses.

The dean of ibs Hyderabad is not at all student friendly, she is just insulting the parents and yelling at the students when they come yo her. She is not even listening to the students requests/problems or what they are suffering. She is just saying she is the head of the university so she can do whatever she wants. Every student of bba do not want her at all. Whats the point of a dean when she does not even care about tye students at all. Its evey students request to immediately replace the dean- padhmavathi. If she continues to insult everyone and insult the parents as well, the students will have to register a grievance redressal.

As per trail mail, we are continuously trying to request for refunding you about huge deposit that is laying with your institution as my daughter has not taken admission at your institution .before that my daughter is very much excited when see your campus, brand in your brochure but she get disappointed when she travel with multiple mode of transport with full of trafic while makeing registration with Your pawai campus .
As my daughters health is not good and suffers from PCOD problem since last five years due to this our personal attention needs frequently on her.
and we are living at new mumbai and your college is far away from our house at least 4 hours daily hectic traveling with all belonging s like laptop, books etc.which is main hurdles for her .she cannot concentrate on course that's the main fear we may face.
We know that as per your terms refund date is already passed. But it is huge amount for our family as we taken loan for paying this fees and further we have to pay more money to complete our daughter s dream of MBA as I am her father retired from service 15 years ago as my factory is given me Compulsory retirement so it is difficult time for us kindly give us money back and help us to grow my daughter .we will feel very grateful.

I Ahmedraza Kolad, application number 103174 want to file a complain against IBS regarding refund of my money.
Sir I have paid a total amount of ₹2, 55, 000 to IBS, but due to some financial crisis I had asked them to refund back my money. Sir according to law the college is asked to deduct only 10-20% of the money and refund the money back to the student. But sir IBS has paid back only ₹46, 440 as a refund.
The college is not even responding to the emails sir i am middle class boy my father is facing some health isuue.
We cannot afford to loose such a big amount sir. Requesting you to plz look into this situation.

My name is Shashank Shekhar and In this year 2022 I had selected for IBS Gurgaon campus for 2 year's Programme PGPM and I have paid 80000 as admission confirmation charge but I had tried many banks for educational loan but they are not approving educational loan so that's why I had mailed to ibsindia.org regarding cancellation of admission but its been 1 month they are not replying the mail even I called to customer support she told me that it will take 1 month to refund but its 1 month already Haven't received any update.

I was enrolled in IBS Hyderabad for the stream of BBA. Unfortunately, I had to drop out of the university as I have changed my stream. I have paid ₹1, 25, 000 which is ₹10, 000 more than the actual fees. I was even supposed to get ₹7000 concession in fees as I have scored 70%+ in my 12th but I take any. I have called the admission office and even mailed the authority they informed me to. It's been approximately 2 weeks. Yet, I got no response. I sincerely request the management for a response as well as the arrangement of a proper refund.

I had enrolled for 2 Year MBA Classroom Programme for which the classes started on May 19, 2020. After attending the classes for 94 days, I couldn't attend classes any further because of health related issues and coinciding dates of my graduation last semester exams with MBA first semester exams. Because of this reason I requested to cancel my admission in the programme and refund the Enrollment Fees of 80, 000/- INR which was in compliance...

मेरा नाम विनय मुस्कान है, मैने ibs gurgaon (Icfai business school) मे इस साल admission कराया था । मैनै काँलेज मे rs2, 80000 फिस जमा किया था, लेकिन कोरोना के वजह से मै सक्षम नही हो पाया पढा़ई के लिए तो मुझे नामंकन 5july को रद्द कराना पडा।

अतः आपके अनुसार काँलेज को administrative शुल्क काटने के बाद सारा पैसा वापस कर देना चाहिए लेकिन काँलेज वाले सिर्फ 1लाख 28 हजार वापस कर रहे है ं।
महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि इस कोरोना काल मे मेरी मदद करे मेरा पैसा वापस करवाएँ। और काँलेज पर कठोर कार्यवाही करे।

Today managers are generally taught to be socially responsible. But i don't think this is in view of ibs students, since what can be obtained on the internet is couriered to the prospective students in a physical form (Paper based). As a socially responsible citizen, i feel, the first major step someone should take is report this on a large level.

My app no. Is 107080 i have been selected for ibs mumbai campus and for confirmation i had to pay 80000... This money i have send through dd (Demand draft) but i have made a mistake while writing [ in favour of...]... So kindly help me in this thing by sending back my demand draft so that i can cancel that one and send a new one...

I took admission in ibs hyderabad. I was expelled in september for an instance based on 7 july only one month from the start of the course. I questioned the decision and its timing as i was made to attend classes till next 2 months from the date of instance i was restigated for. It was completely the managements decision to expell me from university. The matter was not a very big issue and could have been avoided. While leaving the college i requested the vice chancelior for compensation of fees as i was suffered a year of my life. I requested him through a letter and i was assured on the day by the vc as it was colleges negligance. But niw after a few months i came to know all the managemnt in the college us negligant to my request. No one is bothered as the university got money from me. I paid rs 4 lacs for the whole semester. I should be refunded my amount though college has not yet refunded my amount. As a human rights and student rights i need my fees that i paid for back.

I am a student at ibs pune and i am not surprised to see such negativity about the college.
I have several such experiences to share with you all, i will share a few for now.
To start with the admission process
1. They claim the admission process is centralised and that everyone needs to go to hyderabad to give an interview and then the selected candidates will be allotted campuses based on their assessment. This is completely false. After i came into ibs i got to know that there were interviews held in campuses such as pune and mumbai and students were selected from those particular campuses. That means the candidates who went to hyderabad were not assessed along with the candidates who appeared for interview directly in mumbai or pune. This is a clear case of cheating and fraud.
2.in the 4th semester there were options given for electives for specialization.
Me being a core finance student opted for the subject. Of mergers and acquisitions which was cancelled just before the start of 4th semester
The reasons which they gave are laughable.
They have made individual rules for separate campuses, in reply they said that the subject of m&a is too technical for the students and hence it is cancelled and also "minimum 20 students need to opt for a particular elective" only then they will consider that subject.
All of this is not present in the student handbook which contains all the rules and information.
Hearing such reply i had a thought in my mind (What if we did the same thing that they r doing? In that case we can say the same thing that we will only pay full fees if they actually teach all the subjects they offer!)
There are several severe issues with this institution. I think these 2 are enough to tell their character and how they function.
Please feel free to comment if someone of you have faced the same situation.. I. Absolutely sure that a lot of students have gone through such problems.

Icfai Business School has no complaint cell.

Has no number to contact for any query related to complaint for caution money. The good thing is that nobody is taking responsibility the college I passed say ask to head office and the head is not taking it seriously. I passed out february 2017, continue follow up through mail seens june.

I have not received my caution money. Passed out February 2017. Submit all the information to [protected]@ibsindia.org in may month but have not received any response from them. My enrollment no. is 15BSP2470.

I had already registered and made the payment for ibsat 2016 also booked the exam slot and recd the admit card. but still they were sending mails regarding payment though i had paid. So by mistake i paid again. They should know that if someone has made the payment already then why they send mails regarding non payment. this is not the way to deal .

This complaint is for the marketing manager appointed for pune.He has played trick with me and forced me to fill IBSAT form, My friend gave me his number and I contact him for the general enquiry, he told me to fill the form for IBSAT, I said I will think about it and currently I don't have money also, then he said okey fine give me your details I am doing your primary registration, Then after 15 days later he comes to my house without telling me and forced me to make payment of 1800 by saying I have done your registration and took my details and completed my application form.I told him that I don't want to fill the form, then he said no you have done primary registration so you have to fill the form and make payment otherwise I will disturb you.

I took admission in IbS Gurgaon batch 2015-17 and attended only for 1 month almost 13-15 classes in that month and then i withdrew from there this year in july, 2015. I paid Rs. 2.16 lac and the collage only refunded me Rs. 73000 out of 2.16 lacs. This is very little amount to refund out of 2.16 lacs. In any collage refund policy states to refund atleast half or cut the collage charges as per guidelines almost in-between 10-20% of total fee...
