NIIT Complaints & Reviews

I took admission in NIIT Thane for HSN course in 31 March, 2010, for which they told me the fees will be Rs. 68,386. And course duration will be 18 months only. But today I have become a defaulter status due to pending fees, even I have completed my all fees in July 2011. I have shown them all written proof of fees, but they are demanding me Rs. 5,600 extra, otherwise I can not attempt my last exam for that. And also the course is not completed yet. Plz help me soon. Respected Sir/Mam,
I have completed my GNIIT course from NIIT center vile parle (East). NIIT placed me in TNS India pvt ltd. I have completed 5 months of training in that company. But after that I realized that this field not belongs to what I have learnt in college and NIIT. So I informed to NIIT center for help to placed me in another company for PP (1 yr professional practice). But they told me you have to complete your PP in that same company for 1yr after that you will get GNIIT certificate. They are forcing me to complete. But I don't want to continue in that company. Now I left the company. Take some strict action about NIIT, So after that they will not spoil any student future. I also want my GNIIT certificate. Also they didn't tell me at the starting of course that you have to complete your PP in only one company whether you like it or not in the field. Please help me.

REFUND OF ADMISSION FEES

I joined NIIT, Navaketan Center for Cisco program on 27th December 2008 and Anup & team assured me that the course will start within 1 month. I joined this course to fulfill my dreams by working for the networking company but my dreams were broken by these people as they never stood at their promises and started the course in the month of June 2009 .Every-time I called up NIIT fr joining the course as scheduled they kept telling me that it would take some more days just because not enough people are there to start the batch.I wouldn't have joined the course if this would have taken this long.I was unable to meet the expectation of the company just because I was unable to complete the certification on time.

From Pearson I got an email stating that my voucher has been expired and I got this email a day before my exam. When I contacted NIIT I was told that the voucher has been used by someone else. Voucher was never used as exam email confirmation was there in my email which I received from Pearson. I forwarded the same email to NIIT Centre Head Harini on 30thee October 2009 and she told me that she will look into the issue and she never reverted back to me with any kind o[censored]pdate. I contacted Mr. Abdul to take care of Cisco certifications and he told me that the voucher has been used by someone else. This was the statement given by NIIT people again and again when I ask for any update on this. Today, as I got an opportunity to reach you I would like to complain on NIIT and take the necessary action on this kind of centres. They not only cheated me but also one more person who was a colleague for the same course and finally when he was serious, they finally gave the voucher to him. This way NIIT is cheating people by using the vouchers issued to the students. This is very unfair on NIIT part.

I neither got the money refunded nor the voucher.I still have those emails sent by Pearson for my certification exam and also which I forwarded to Center Head. Please let me now if needed.

When I asked for refunds to Abdul, the in-charge, he told me that once you make payments in NIIT, we don't offer refunds.

I request to kindly direct this centre to refund my money immediately and take necessary action on this centre for cheating the students.

when i admission in niit i wa s said that u when admission in scholarship but today two year passes but no scholar is given to me my registration number is r[protected] and id is s[protected] . i admission in niit in 2010 and now 2012 ia ending but no scholar is given to me .please take necessary step .

I had completed my course in java about 2 months back and have been struggling since then to get my certificate issued. Despite of numerous reminders and thousands of phone calls I have got no feed back. Whereas at the time of admission they were after me like hell to join and submit the fees. This is not acceptable, Staff at the centre is very uncooperative. NIIt Cannaught Place centre is the worse place to learn and study. They are only interested in you and help you out till you don't take admission..after that they won't even know your name.

Instructors are like strangers nobody know when they will come and when they change.
They will show heaven in their hands before joining, After payment You will be the most unluckiest in the world.

HELLO I JOINED NIIT JAVA DIPLOMA COURSE +OTHER COURSE. AT MALLESHWARAM BANGALORE.I HAD GAP IN MY CAREER. DUE TO FINANCIAL PROBLEM,IN SEARCH OF JOB I JOINED NIIT.THEY SAID CAREER GAP DOESNT MATTERS I[censored] SCORE MORE THAN 60% WE WILL GIVE YOU ATLEAT 3 INTERVIEW CALL TOLD BY RECRUITMENT OFFICER RADHIKA MURLIDHAR..SO I PAID 38,000 FEES AT ONCE.COURSE DURATION WAS 99 DAYS+15 DAY ADDITIONAL COURSE.
TEACHING WAS HORRIBLE.SIR/MAM ONLY READS SLIDES NO EXAMPLES,NO EXPLANATION.IN LAB NO FREE PC.IN LAB SIR/MAM NEVER PRESENT DURING PRACTICALS .IF YOU CALL THEM FOR SOLVING ERROR THEY MAKE US TO WAIT 2-3 HOURS.IF YOU ASK THEM QUESTIONS THEY GIVES WRONG ANSWERS OR ELSE TELL TO SEARCH ON GOOGLE.
FINISHING COURSE ACTUALLY TOOK 6 MONTHS & OTHER LANGUAGE THEY TAUGHT HALF SYLLABUS.AFTER COMPLAINING ABOUT TEACHING & DURATION NO RESPONSE FROM HEAD KARTHIK & MISS LINI.
I SCORED 70% I WENT TO RECRUITMENT OFFICER RADHIKA MURLIDHAR SHE MADE ME TO WAIT 3 HOURS.SHE DENIED TO GIVE RECRUITMENT BY SAYING WE PLACE ONLY FRESHERS & YOUR AGE MATTERS.SHE DENIED ME ABOUT HER PROMISE OF RECRUITMENT.I REQUESTED HER SHE TREATED ME LIKE BEGGAR.SHE SENT FOR INTERVIEW TO MY BATCHMETS WHO FAILED IN NIIT EXAMS .I WAS ABOUT TO CRY.SHE WILL GET MY CURSE.GOD WILL PUNISH THEM.FREINDS DONT GET CHEATED LIKE ME......

After completing my B Tech,I joined in NIIT in aundh,pune.I enrolled for 99 days diploma program in JAVA(DJVT).

I joined in july.They are supposed to complete the course by october end.But they took 8 months to complete.They told that they will provide placements.But they didn't.No proper training,no calls for interviews.total 36,000 waste.Pls don't join in this bloody niit

I registered for DJVT Course in this renowned NIIT Centre last year in the month of july with a lot of promises and assurances. Few months later, the centre got exposed when it's shameless placement officer flouted all norms of civil soiety by following the Britishers policy of Divide and Rule and gave placement opportunities only to the localites who were poor performers in the NIIT Appraisals and toppers from other states were not provided with a single placement opportunity. I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against this erring institute.

I had visited NIIT camac street for admission into the SOFTWARE ENGINEER category.
After having a brief talking with the executive,I was convinced that NIIT is best for me.
I had paid 1000 as advance and told the executive that I'll pay the balance tomorrow.
But later on when I googled on the internet I found out that there are hell lot of complaints against the NIIT camac street branch and had a talk with some of the EX-NIIT students, I was convinced that the institution is running for money and money and money.
I decided not to join the institution. Since I had deposited 1000 as advance, I called the institution and said I won't be able to join and insisted them to refund my 1000 deposit.But they said that It is not possible as some money goes to service tax bla bla bla.... ( ALL EXCUSES ).
Henceforth I request you to kindly take serious action against the institution and make it a point that I get my deposited money back.

Hi Freshers,
Dont join in NIIT for doing any course.It is utter waste.I am telling this from my experience.I have completed .NET Course in NIIT Nungambakkam.when i went for councilling they had respond well and explained nicely about the courses & mesmerised to join course.After joining they didnt gave any such responses.Conducted classes as Classroom teaching.didnt give any placements.I have attended only one interview & i have selected but still waiting for call letter.Now only I realised it is an eye wash & fraduulant activity.very worst & total waste of money & time.It's my kind advice to you all...please dont join in NIIT for doing any of the technical courses.

i am doing diploma in dot net technology from NIIT Patiala. I have paid the whole fees in one shot that is 35500. They promised a lot, but they have very poor and rude staff. I am so disappointed. They just have holidays, even the centre opens half an hour late than our timing. I want proper classes or my fees back. They all are lazy.

ICT school project very low salary NIIT gives 2691Rs per month orignal salary 10,000 RS per month in panjab & hariyana

I am Vijay Assudani. I had joined NIIT (E-66, Siddarth Nagar, Opp Amit Bhardwaj Petrol Pump, Girdhar Marg, Malviya Nagar Center (10185) Jaipur-302017 Ph.[protected]. My Receipt No.:3089 & 3305 and My Registration No.:R[protected]. For the course of DFAT on February 2012. They took 10,000 rs from me as a fees.Since then they have not provided proper classes and batch. Whenever I ask them about it they make some or the other excuse and ask me to come so n so dates. It?s been more than 5 Months as well as they are not refunding my fees. Please take some action.

Sir, our school have entered into an agreement with NIIT for the supply of the IT wizard program for which the advance payment of Rs.40000 was paid to them. Inspite of repeated remainders there has been no response from the NIIT branch headed by Sababathy and the sales rep Jenifer. They do not pick up phone calls. We feel cheated and let down as we are answerable to our parents of the school. Could you please resolve this and sue NIIT for the deficiency in service and cheating attitude.

i have enrolled for DDNT and CMATN from NIIT GHAZIABAD. after few days i upgraded CMATN to CSTQA. And i realized that the upgradation is not beneficial for me. So i decided to downgrade it but when i asked for it from my faculty and center head. They refused to downgrade any course.

Please don't join NIIT for any software course.
it's my personal experience that i become fool while i joined in that [censored]y institute.
they promised me to providing the placement assistance,i sincerely request them first please complete my course,
already 7 months over,they didn't completed my course and changing the faculty regularly.
i really loss my money and time.Even the faculty is knowing nothing about subject except one or two.
The very big mistake that i did in my life is joining course in NIIT.

hi i am the student of niit hisar center i take admission in niit about 2 year ago in GNPV2.
this the one and half year course but here no time i am here about 2 year but i completed my course half only.
there is time wasting in niit.
i think there rules but only for students not abut their faculty.
i thin i have to waste hare 1year also bcoz without any diploma or degree i can't go home and if complete my diploma or degree from here i will lost my half life and i sure i destroy my carrier but i also sure one time if lost my carrier no one can stop me to be a TERRORIST and first of all i will kill all the niit staff and shekhar bhatia...............
