Customer care service & also th quality is decreasing by Nike. After mailing this, no postive action is taken from their end. I sent them 3-4 mails with some snaps also.

I'm a loyal customer of Nike for many years now, may be from my School days. Not only me, our whole family has a fascination about using footwears from Nike. Very few times it happened that we bought shoes of other brands. I mean we were in an impression that quality & brand wise Nike is far far better than it's competitors. But for the last 2 years, our experience is getting worse as the quality probably is going down.

Our experience has been terrible around 2-3 times in the past but, this time again a problem occurred with a shoe purchased from one of your outlets in Marathali, Bangalore during my official trip in the month of February 09. It was around of Rs. 2,700 & I've used it only around 10 - 15 times maximum in these months.The lower material of the sole got detached repeatedly, then I had to fix it with gum But then also it was coming out and in a very embarashing way one day in a function it just detached again. I didn't collect that part knowingly and came back home that way. Not only that the outer look of the shoes also got worst in very few days.

It's now not possible to go all the way to Bangalore for this reason and I don’t have the Bill also. I just thought to write to you about this and it doesn't matter I get a replacement or not. If it can’t be replaced, I don’t have any issues but I want to return the pair of shoes to you officially so that you guys can check that, improve the quality. Atleast the other valued customers can trust your brand for your exceptionally good quality what is decreasing now. As the most prominnt footwear Company, you should give utmost importance on mantaining the quality.

The last two pairs of shoes I have bought developed a squeek in them over time. The first pair of shes cost around 200 dollars and the next pair were under 100 dollars. After some time, when I wear them after it has rained they squeek! Nike's quality has gone down a lot over the last few years and I am currently trying to get a free pair out of them. That should be interesting!

    I had purchased a pair of shoes(Style Number 314852 Col Code 041 Description Nike2.04 ) on the first week of oct 09.from SIPL Retail Ltd ,Gulmohar park ,Ahmedabad-06.Not even a week went by and the sole came out loose.I have returned the said shoe on the 29th oct 09.(Not even three weeks from purchase date),Since the bill claims states that there is a gurantee of 10 weeks against manufacturing defects I had asked for an exchange or a refund of the shoe value (INR 2500).Their answer was an emphatic NO. They refused to give this writing..They said all they could do was stick the sole back .


    The problem does not end there!!!! I had actually bought another pair of nike shoes from the same store just 2 months back with the same results !!!!!.They had told me they had to send the shoe to the company and since i had no shoe during this period I went and bought the above mentioned Shoe

      I purchased Nike Air Synergy shoes bearing stock no.[protected] vide Bill No. SC9/4687 dated 11/10/2009 at Rs.2995/- from SSIPL Retail Ltd, Nike Shop, GF Arvindbhai House, Opp. CITI Bank, C G Road, Ahmedabad, Phone[protected].



      Within two weeks, I found the following problems:



      1. The left shoe Toe Cap have got dents. In the case of right shoe it is ok.

      2. Inner stitching and finishing in the shoes are not upto mark.



      To make the things very clearer, I am enclsoing scanned picture of the left shoe with remark/circle showing dents and a retail invoice for your further study and needful.



      I feel this is purely due to inferior quality of material used and poor workmanship by SSIPL or your business associate.



      I have been wearing Nike shoes for last 5 years that I had purchased in 2004 from US at $135 and still I didn’t find any problem with them. Still the Toe Caps of both shoes do not have such dents or problem. Inner finishing of the shoes is really mind blowing!!! Due to extra ordinary and satisfactory performance of these shoes, I was lured to further purchase Nike shoes. However, I came across problems with Nike Air Synergy this time unfortunately.



      I would, therefore, request you to please make necessary arrangements for replacement of said shoes at your earliest.

      I bought a shoe worth 3500 and after that within two months and I submitted to them for reparing
      After 15 days they told me that this shoe will take few more days for reparing...
      So since when I bought this shoe I am facing this service problem

        I bought a Nike shoe, the overplay after using an Indian Brand for long. I spent 3200 INR for this pair of shoes. WIthin a span on 2.5 months of normal usage the sole broke. Not just for one shoe but both and this was so shocking. When I approached the retail store on Brigade Road(SSIPL) they said they cannot replace it immediately. It would take around 3 to 4 days. When I got there, they told me that they cannot replace it since it was not in stock. After pushing really hard the store manager said he can give me a white one ( the reason being it was not sold out since it was not in demand). I had paid so much for the shoe since I thought the brand would be good. When I went for the replacement they almost coaxed me to buy a more expensive shoe failing which they could only offer the white ones which were not at all my choise. I was utterly surprised by the way their tone changed when you came for a replacement. The were sweet talking all the other customers who were there but I was not being looked after as a customer at all. I have not used the shoe yet . I am planning to use Facebook to debrand this company. I have a social network of 1000 plus friends who will come to know the rue mettle of this company. The salesperson almost threatened me saying this would be the last replacement and if this piece went defective then it was none of their problem but it would definitely not be replaced. Why should a customer go through this because so so low quality standards set by a so called BIG BRAND NIKE. I am at least convinced that NIKE TRULY SUCKS.

        i want to state that i purchase a pair of shoes from the company outlet showroom M I Road jaipur rajasthan after few days the colour of my shoes damaged and yellow spots appeared on my shoes and they are increasing day by day it is having some manufacturing defect so kindly tell me what is the solution of my problem or i have to go to consumer court on this matter

        I bought a WMNS NIKE COURT SHUTTLE III (article no.[protected]. I spent 3200 Rs. for this pair of shoes. WIthin a span on 4.5 months the sole broke. Not just for one shoe but both and this was so shocking. I bought this pair of shoes from nike store, nirmal lifestyle mulund (west), mumbai, on 30 may 2010 .Kindly replace my shoes. I have the purchase bill .

          i recently purchased nike pro from ssipl store pacific mall ghaziabad.i invested my money for this product hoping that this would enhance my performance and help me protect from getting hurt while diving(cricketers wear it when on field).but when i used it first time and went for a dive it got torned. and now when i asked for the compansation,they are giving me exuse that this is not the purpose of nike pro.but when i asked the salesman while buying the product the salesman provided me wrong information.investing handsome amount on these products is not a joke and i want my nike pro changed.

            Hi,

            This is to inform you that Primus Retail outlet at Mira road,(sai baba nagar) has not been keeping good stuff on sale. This is regards to a NIKE floater purchased in the month of aug '08(09-aug-08 a point of sale transaction *check records) was of defective quality which resulted in an early damage(within 11months) and result of an minor accident due to poor quality. Paying high prices for just a brand is not worth if there is no quality to it.

            Please answer the following questions.

            1. Does Nike manufacture deffective goods?
            2. Does Primus outlets sell outdated goods?
            3. Does Nike & Primus both donot care for customer satisfaction?

            This sale of poor brand and lack of information from the Primus(outlet, mira road) to this querry leaves a bad impression of the outlet aswell as the brand(Nike).

            Please revert back as this is a cause of concern as many other brands are availabe in the market. Before moving on to other brands i am seeking an explanation and an action on the above.

                Complaint against bad quality shoes..!!

                THE UNDER WRITTEN COMPLAINT HAD BEEN DONE BEFORE 12-- DAYS STILL THE NIKE INDIA PEOPLE ARE SO CARE LESS AND LEAST CONCERNED THAT THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY TO THE CONSUMER NEITHER THEY DO ANYTHING FOR THE COMPLAINT AND THE CONSUMER IS UNDER SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH OUT THE SHOES AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH ON SUCH A BRAND WHICH DELIVERS SUCH BAD QUALITY SHOES

                Dear Sir

                I am a small but a very important customer of your company. I have purchased more than 10 pair of NIKE shoes as I strongly believe in brand loyalty and I don’t purchase any other brands shoes. But now I think I will shift over to some other brand after what I have experienced this time. I purchase a NIKE shoe on 14th Feb. 2009 from your authorized Nike showroom named Nike J&K REGD. Jammu j&k. Bill no. 4954. and from the very next week my left shoe has started making a horrible sound I complaint to the dealer so many times but he does not have any answer to my complaint and nor he is taking any responsibility of the same. Such a huge company and such a poor service it’s really a shame. I want immediate action on my complaint if you want to save dignity of the worlds biggest shoe brand.

                In Oct 07, I bought 2 pair of AF1 and a pair of Air Goadome for myself and 1 pair of AF1 anf a pair of Air Goadome for my grand son. I sepnt $400 on that day. Anyway, I bought a special edition pair of AF1 for $135. Since they were special editions I didn't wear them right off. Sat in the box for almost a year before I wore them and now in June of 09, after wearing them for maybe the 7th or 8th time, I noticed that there is a tear in the fabric(they're not leather.) I emailed Nike because they have a man date of March 07, they tell me there's nothing they can do. Basically go F*&k myself. I have at least 50 pair of Nike shoes alone. I'm going home to check them all and I'm done buying them unless they fell off a truck
                I bought pair of Nike X Ride from there south Ex branch few months back I spend that at most 6000 RS.I as per the sales person their advised me that its a best shoes they have every made.

                I just used for 10 times only and stitching is coming out from many places.I want to know how i can sue to Nike Air India.

                  I purchased a pair of Nike air vapour quick shoes at the cost of Rs 3995/- . Within a week or two the shoe sole started loosing its pasting. The shoe was purchased from M/s SSIPL Retail shop at Mani Square located in Kolkata vide Invoice No. CM9/17 dtd 03/04/2009. The Shoe was returned to the Shop on 09/5/2009 for replacement as promised earlier.

                  Unfortunately there is no communication from the seller's side till date. We visited the shop also in the meantime but no corrective action has so far been taken by the seller.

                  We are thoroughly disgusted with the after sale service of the company of Brand "NIKE" .

                  I too have had a similar experience on the same model of nike Air shoes. I have used the pair only during workouts & is still as fresh as any new pair. Still the pasting on the sole & the sides of the shoes have come off. Such poor quality is not expected from a big brand like Nike.

                  I have another pair from adidas which I have been wearing on & off for the last 8 years & it has stood its worth rock solid.

                  Now i am lost as to what I should be doing with the damaged pair as I had bought it while I was in Hyderabad ( the exclusive outlet in Vikrampuri) & now I have relocated to Cochin.

                  Would be fine if someone cud assist me.

                    I purchased Nike air max 360 running shoes for Rs 9900/- on 09 Oct 2006 from 38, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar New Delhi vide invoice No SC6/1872 dt 09/10/2006. I have used the shoes only for skipping the rope on excellent surface and sparingly for road running. It's sole is almost new and not worn out, other surfaces are also in excellent condition, however, the other day i observed that the left sole lining that seals the air inside has opened and the air cushion is gone!
                    i just can not believe it. with its overall condition and new vintage, I expected the shoes to last for next 3-4 years since i use it only for about 30-45 minutes 3-5 times a week.
                    i don't know who to complain as i am in dehradun and the shop contact no on the invoice does not respond.

                      I had purchased Jordan C.P shoes worth Rs 8, 550 on the 21st of June 2008 from SSIPL Retail Shoes, South Extn, New Delhi. The sole of the shoe got damaged within less than 6 months.

                      On giving the shoes for getting it repaired, they said it couldn't be as the WARRANTY PERIOD has elapsed. The so-called warranty period was a meager 3 months.

                      Really feel cheated for such disgusting service being provided by Nike. I am never going its shoes again.

                      I also had purchased Nike shoes worth Rs 5990/- in the month of September 2008 from MGF Mall, Gurgaon. The net on toe side has been torn within less than 8 months. I will also get the same answer " Out of warranty".

                      I am really feeling that after spending this much money they are providing road side shoe quality.

                        I had been to Nike's retail outlet "Forum Commercial Complex" to get a pair of quality tennis shoe for my daughter on 3rd of Jan 2008. During selection the sales personnel insisted upon us to buy the model WMNS AIR RELUX with unit MRP of Rs.3700/- and my daughter liked it too. During payment iI was further intimated thatwe were very lucky as the Company has accorded a discount of Rs.555/- on the product . The performance of the shoe was quite satisfactory for 4 months whereafter we noticed that the upper material of the shoe was falling apart and getting cut out of its own. I took the product to the retail counter along with the bill/voucher only to find that the sales personnel, though admitting the defect, shrugged of the responsibility on the plea that the product carrieda discount and is as such out of the coverage of Warranty. Even when brought to their notice that the same was not intimated during the transaction they undertook no responsibility claiming it to the "COMPANY POLICY". I feel thoroughly cheated by such a Multinational Concern of international repute like NIKE

                          Hello,

                          Recently we visited Nike store at Forum Mall Bangalore, India. My wife liked a pair of women sandles, she asked the price, and the saleman said "Three - Eight hundred". My wife heard it is "Three Eighty".

                          She found it a good price and gave her credit card, when she saw the actual invoice, she realized that the amount is actually Rs. 3800/-

                          She asked the sales man and store manager that she doesn't want this much expensive sandles and she want return it. Salesman said, they do not have any return policy, the only thing is, she can exchange it with something else in the store.

                          That was surprising that Nike does not have any return policy in India. Salesman was also at fault as he didn't told the price in the right way. If he would have said "Three thousand, eight hundred", my wife would never given her credit card for purchase.

                          I request Nike to look in to the matter and direct the store to accept the return.

                            I brought my shoe 6 months ago (01-Nov-2007) the actually cost of the shoe is 4, 900/- after discount I got it for 3, 500/- .

                            Last Week I found the shoe bottom has come out and I compliant the same to the shop keeper but he refused to take back.

                            Nike was my favorite brand, but the above problem made me very unhappy.

                            I have lost the bill but I have got the transaction made through my Axis bank card as on 01-Nov-2007.

                            I like to share my bad expirience with NIKE product to avoid you get same.
                            I purchased NIKE flotter just 5 months back from PLANET RETAIL HOLDINGS PVT LTD, SGS MAGMUM MALL, PUNE.I used to wear the flotter for office purpose only.But Flotter's strap got warnout(teared) very soon.I contacted the person "Daniel([protected])" who is incharge for Pune, He did not give proper response.I dont know what I want to do with this case.
                            Finally I lost my money(Rs.1090).So please take care while purchasing any costly things from NIKE.

                            I paid £110 for a pair of TN's about 4 months ago, i've noticed that the soul on the left shoe has torn, and a squeeking noise coming from the air bubble's.
                            im not being funny, but if i pay that price for a pair of trainers i would expect them to last much longer than they have, and i shant be buying another pair of nike again, well over priced, and the quality is rubish, well what do you expect when there made in 3rd world country's for cheap labour, and charge us the earth.

                            I am a small but a very important customer of your company. I have purchased more than 10 pair of NIKE shoes as I strongly believe in brand loyalty and I don’t purchase any other brands shoes. But now I think I will shift over to some other brand after what I have experienced this time. I purchase a NIKE shoe on 14th Feb. 2009 from your authorized Nike showroom named Nike J&K REGD. Jammu j&k. Bill no. 4954. and from the very next week my left shoe has started making a horrible sound I complaint to the dealer so many times but he does not have any answer to my complaint and nor he is taking any responsibility of the same. Such a huge company and such a poor service it’s really a shame. I want immediate action on my complaint if you want to save dignity of the worlds biggest shoe brand.

                              Nike stores in India are providing wrong information. I went to a Nike store and purchased Nike running shoes (these are my 6th pair of Nike shoes.). I asked the sales man,"Are the same models available in US?". The response was that "Models are made as per terrain etc. which are specific to India". Based on this purchased the shoe, but reality is it is same as in USA and the price differential is over 60%. I wanted to give the shoes back to the store but the store manager responded in a negative way. Calling up Nike's office doesn't help as well. I mailed them and called them 100 times, they did not respond. The regional manager says call me after half an hour and never is available after half an hour. I am surprised by their not responding.

                              Nike has a brand, and it is not living up to it. Based on false information they sell goods in Indian stores.And also don't respond to the customer care.

                              hi im a footwear retailer from tnad, the complaint is true here, in india all multinational footwear r not guaranteed by producer, even for us (footwear dealing shop)also, we itself bear the cost of service or replace ment.

                              Am Sivakumar, i bought nike sandals for Rs.2200 in chennai(India) 2 months back.Now am in Singapore for job purpose. When the sandal get wets it's discoloring and all my trousers get wasted due to discoloring.

                              My Question is how it is possible with the world wide brand? If it happens like this how it is possible for you to compete with Adidas and Reebok.Its ridiculous. Is this the way to treat your customers.Even the basic things in not in your brand.

                              Hello, I am Manish Thakker, I purchase Nike sport shoes from vadodara. Gujarat.Nidhi enterprise Alkapuri..vadoadar it cost me @1600 Rs.. after a week i show that bottom shol is seprated from shoe I had complited though phone but not getting proper reply..

                              I hope some way pass this msg to company and get replacement..I appeal to all customber dont go for brand name..it is not always trusted.this is my second experience with NIke..I had purchased for diwli festival but i am so sad from responce of the company...atleast international brand should not do this kind of malpractice with customber

                              I bought a NIKE T shirt from a nike store, varanai, India, just after 15 days and 1 wash the colour of the t shirt got faded, I returned the t shirt to the same store but he showed reluctance in giving positive response, after argument he sent it in the companies head office bangalor, India, the t shirt came unchanged, I remained with no clues.
                              I am sendin u a few snaps of the shirt how badly its faded .
                              now guys its upto u i[censored] want to go with the brand .
                              i bought a nike shoe 10 days back...n guess wat...shoe soul came out after just 10 days...and wat is not believeable is that store is not ready to replace it...if anybody from the nike department is reading this then let me tell you that this time u guys r in real trouble...just wait n watch u'll cum to no byurself...this brand is goin down guys...dnt ever ever go for nike ...trust me u'll regret...
