I have used the bag for just 2 or 3 times and to my surprise the bag is all worn out the handle came out, I assumed da milano to be a luxury brand and a brand like da milano selling such quality is such a disappointment, I have never experienced such kind of shame, I am sure I would like people to know about this and I would go ahead and post it on Twitter and Instagram with the picture of the bag.

    ladies tote bag - broken (feeling cheated)

    I purchased a Da Milano ladies Tote Bag for my wife which got broken after 2 - 3 months o[censored]se.

    Considering lifetime warranty, I gave it for repair, however while under repairing it is handled very badly and

    1. Shine of bag is gone (for which we bought this bag)
    2. Bag looks like aged - This is mishandled to this extent that 2 -3 months used bag looks like very old bag,
    3. There are very big wrinkles...

    Hello, I am from London, I visited india today I am coming back to london on Delhi international airport I bought one item as staff told me it’s international brand you have store everywhere and london as well so if you got any problem or you wants make life time warranty you visit store…then I have checked there is no any store available in london I visited your store same time to tell them I want to return this item and I want full refund because as you told me you have store in london. They didn’t help me with this matter which I bought within 5minutes I was visted store bcz your staff gave me wrong information because I thought you have store in london so I can make in future returns exchange or repairs but in london no stores available staff provided me wrong information. At same time I contacted to you customer support number nobody help me with my problem.

    I am living in london so as your staff told me you have store in london so I make purchase because I know the return and exchange process in london but that’s why I bought item so I can visit your store for anything like refund, exchange or repair but here no store that’s I wants to return item for full refund you store staff not help me even I contact on customer support they also didn’t help me.. As international brand feel shame very very very pathetic and poor service. I will drop everywhere negative feedbacks for your store for your company….I want my money back for useless item and very poor service company.

      Respected sir/madam,
      This is to inform you that there is no any frequent bus and direct bus for sulur .Today i was standing in busstop when i saw 41F bus the bus did not stopped and i was shouting stop stop still they did not hear and i took bus in running where i could fall down i got injury .Respected sir/madam i request you to take neccessary action on that particular bus 41F and provide more bus for sulur.

        I bought a da milano bag from Indira Gandhi international airport Delhi domestic terminal with a discount of 40%. But on the same day I found the same bag with 50% discount in online. So I called the dealer but he refused to accept the complaint and he told there was no such purchase has done there.

          I purchased da milano bag few months ago. yesterday i opened the bag to use it for the first time and saw that its edges were tearing off and some places also are tearing off. I felt very sad and disappointed because after spending around 10, 000 on a bag no one would expect this . I want my bag to be exchanged . or provide me refund.

              Recently bought a clipper from Da Milano but just after few months it’s leaving its colour residue from its leather.The leather residue just left its marks on my clothes, and it spoiled my clothes as well .                 Amount Paid : 4799/- more than 20 days have passed and my order is not being delivered despite writing continuous mails and calling Da Milano team every now and then. And about the status of the shipment- it isn't updated from days, displaying in transit since i ordered the product.
                All i want is to get it delivered.

                  The product was bought from vegas mall store between 4-6 april as someone gifted me the product . I contacted the store on 17 of april they told to wait for 3-4 days to get it exchanged. After that there was lockdown. After unlocking i again contacted the store as well as i visited them for exchange but they told to wait and they will let me know when it can be changed as it was discounted product.
                  Today again i contacted on same number [protected] they told me that our company doesn’t allow to exchange this product
                  Is this the right way of treating customers after several and repeatedly visits to store
                  Please help in exchanging the product as soon as possible.

                      Hi, this is really sad to have the worst of experience with Da Milano, always had the perception for it to be the best! Firstly, we recieved defected purse, note we bought the signature collection.. then we had to visit the airport again to get it exchanged/ returned, whatsoever possible. The salesperson, she was just enough rude but somehow we managed to initiate exchange by talking to the manager and we were promised to have it delivered at our address in Gandhidham since we are not from delhi and we cant specially take a flight for that purse definitely.. now when we are back we get calls saying you need to visit the delhi airport store to recieve exchange order, how stupid i mean ! We have the exchange creation slip with us.. do you think its sensible at all?

                        Leather finish quality is very bad that lines it's not going after color eding

                        I am writing today for replacement or exchange of my bag which I bought 2 years back, I sent my bag for color edging but I am not satisfied with the work. Still there are so many lines which is looking very bad.

                        Your customer representative said these mark will always be visible in this type of leather it is not acceptable to me, I'm not comfortable in using it because of these marks.

                        1 days back I went to south ex store and was informed by the rep that the discount on the items is extended only till today that is 25th Jan that forced me to buy a laptop bag and later evening a handbag at 40% discount.
                        The very same product is on 50% discount online I was given the MIs information and I want to return the product or plz proceed with the difference amount....

                          I gave my laptop bag on 7th nov for repair. I was told that it will take 21 days but it’s been a month now that I don’t know when I will get my bag. Every time I call the outlet they tell me that it’s in process. Pathetic repair services.

                            Hi,

                            I had placed the order on July 8th 2020 and received the product on 25th July 2020, that too after calling on their customer care no. several times which nobody cares to pick up.

                            Since I was not available after 23rd of July at the same address on which the order was delivered, I opened the package on 1st Aug.

                            To my surprise, the order didn’t really match with the description, mentioned on the website.

                            Therefore I tried calling your customer care but as usual nobody picked up the phone and after some while I got a call back in which I was told that the product cannot be refunded.

                            Also, every time you call there is only one girl who picks u the phone, looks like they have no staff. plus now when I sent the product back and it even reached their warehouse(pic attached), they are neither replying to my email nor answering their phone.
                            I even marked their manager in the emails but all the response I got was that we will let u know.(17th aug - pic attached)

                            I have yet not received my refund or any update from them and they have even received the bag on 11th aug.

                              I am your customer for more than 20 years now.
                              My office bag is very well & carefully used by me and has also been polished & repaired by your team.
                              The last repair in which the chains were replaced few months back has put me off. The quality of the replacement is absolutely poor and by virtue of which my bag has got redundant. I cannot imagine of such a poor quality work being done by your da-milano. I have never ever felt any issue on quality front - rather my zips were much better than what have been replaced.
                              I would request you to have a look at the quality of the zips affixed - i am sure you will also feel as disturbed as i am.
                              Will be grateful that the bag is arranged to be got repaired again with utmost care and excellent quality material.
