Today my wife visited Niligiris supermarket at Kagadasapura Main Road branch for some purchases. She made purchses of Rs. 117/- and paid by the card. She got alert on phone twice and noticed that amount has been debited twice from her account. On approaching Niligiri salesman, he did not take care to settle this issue intsted he argued and rudely behaved with lady.
We have the account statement showing the debits twice for evidence.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
