[Resolved]  Nivyah Broadband — broadband connection

I reside in 7-Bunglows, Andheri(west), MUMBAI
There is this internet service provider known as nivyah broadband. They have collected the cheques from us without having an agreement with the local cable operators to provide us the broadband connection. They collected the cheques almost 1 1/2 months back & since they has been no reply from them regarding whether the connection would be given to us. If it is going to be given when it would be given. There is no communication from nivyah's side.

whan u improve ur conection?, why u cant
I am using this nivyah garbage since 4 months with 1mbps/2mbps plan. In the begining everything was fine, but last month I had to bear with low speed for 15+ days. Later the problem was rectified, so I renewed for a month only to experience lower sped again. Its been more than 15 days & the problem is still not solved, no use of yelling at the cable operator or writing compaints to [protected]@nivyah.com

The company's atitude is fradulent. They frst get in a area, satsfy some handful customers & create goodwill, provide too many new connections & make money by cheating all of them.

Its time to move to consumer court & demand compensation
Till now i m facing this low speed problem some strict step has to be taken against them.

i m not getting the speed which i paying for.
evn i am facing the same problem. i reside in dombivli and since last 20 days my local cable provider has stopped to provide he nivyah service without any intimation, and the company does not bother about the same.
as rightly said he company enter into a new area, creates goodwill and then leaves the customers in the hands of the CHOR cable operators.

This company SUCKS..only lucrative plans but no services.
its been over 8 months since me and my friends started using nivyah & its been going great these complains are beyond my understanding to be frank there were some disconnections but they were easily rectified & which isp does not have problems
the thing is that only people wid -ve feedback rant and those wid good experiences stay quite thats probabbly the reason behind such negative comments about nivyah
I received some spam/scam mail that appears to have originated from IP Address 183.87.250.216 which appears to be a customer of Parshwa Purushotam Parind Parekh Networks Limited which seems to connect to Nivyah Infrastructure & Telecom Services Ltd for which the only address I could find is [protected]@sancharnet.in

When I sent a notification to that address, I got a "recipient rejected" bounce; apparently the National Internet Backbone if India does not like this recipient...
