IMPROPER BUS SERVICES
Respected Sir ,

This is infrom you that the bus services for Vashi route no : 11 stands to be usually cancelled as well as some times does'nt stop at many stops , it has been noticed the usual change of buses after bording into and changing those into Mumbra buses .
The approx timings of the buses are not at all proper , today morning as usual after 07:30 hrs the buses - 11 number was changed again to another bus no 11 and the driver was not ready to stop the bus to allow the passengers to change the bus , this is a daily routine , where as after the bus left at 08:15 am on the way to wardds Mahape junction the driver stopped the bus for few seconds and started counsuming tabacoo ........., was that fine ..................., even during evening sessions the buses are very late at the Nelco stop the buses comes sharp at 17:30 hrs and after that a peak hour the second bus arrives at around 18:45 hrs .WHAT IS THIS SERVICE CALLED ? Insted complainting for many tomes for the services at the thane depot the response is found to be very rude / the bus has been changed to Mumbra .
Are we all passengers mad to travel by NMMT , or else we should write an application to the BEST to please start a route towards VASHI RLY STN from THANE CIDCO TO VASHI .At lest a frequent bus service shall be their and we shall have a convient travelling experience .

Their's an humble request to please look into the matter and at least start off few extra buses for the rout no : 11 .We the passsengers shall be very gratefull to NMMT .

Plese note ; RAINNY SEASON IS GOING TO START MAKE SURE IT STARTS ASAP.
