[Resolved]  Noc — Noc from builder

Hi one of my friend had booked a flat in 2004 in mumbai.He got a possession of the flat in Jan, 2009.Now due to deteriorating financial conditions he wants to sale the flat to his relatives, but the builder is not ready to give NOC.(as the society is not formed yet).Builder is demanding Rs.200 per sq.ft. Even the building has not got the OC yet.

What's the solution for this? How should my friend get the NOC from builder without becoming a prey for his excessive demand?

Pls help me out in this...

Noc — NOC

i want to sell my house. the purchaser wants NOC from the builder as the society is still not registered for purpose of loan. the builder of CHANDRAKANTH RESIDENCY is asking for 2lakhs as NOC and transfer fees.

I want to sale my flat but builder demanding 1 lakh for noc.Due to financial conditions I want tosale flat. I dont want to give money to him, because this is bhrastachar.

Plz tell me what will be remedy for that?

I would like to know the procedure to get NOC from Countrywide Consumer Financial services ltd, Kochi, Kerala. Since the company is no longer exist, how to get the Noc from them . Since i have made all the payments and need to cancel the Hypothecation.
