[Resolved]  Nokia 1650 — security

hello sir,
i have purchased new set of nokia 1650 few days back.after some time, i changed my sim from airtel to vodafone and used it for some time. when i changed again from vodafone to airtel and switched it on it shows enter security code. i had not given any codes. this is my problem. so i request you please give me the solution for this and help me.

headset fault

my order id is:[protected] & purchased date is 09th, September 2014 head set fault so please replaced the new head set
