I am AWHO Vivek vihar resident.
I bought a Nokia 55" TV in July 2021 and took 2 year extended warranty ( valid till November 24).
On 22nd Aug 2023. My TV screen has screen issue since filed complaint.
The complaint route is Nokia - Flipkart- Jeeves. The engineer came on 23rd Aug and said, back panel needs to be changed. NOW ON 25th Aug, they tool our TV
On 7th September evening, they returned it back but soon when we started checking TV, same issue reappeared.
We complaint on 8th September morning to complaint that issue is not resolved. However on 10th September evening, I got a message that our issues has been resolved via message that too none bother to check our complaint. On 11th September, when I told them about history. Their call center, created new complaint and now again, the issue is stuck for another 21 days without any guarantee if they will be able to resolve the issue or not.
This really annoying and frustrating.
And a very bad example of bad service. We did not expect this from a company like Nokia.
Pls help.

        I purchased the NOKIA 43-inch Ultra HD 4K LED Smart Android TV with Sound by Onkyo and Dolby Atmos on[protected] from Flipkart but within 1 year 6 Months showing panel issue. Sound is ok but the display not working, not showing any pictures. Already I did a complaint but i don't know why they are asking Rs.17, 000. I have purchased this TV Rs.33, 000. Still, my TV is not working please help me. Kindly replace my TV or repair my TV. I think nokia is not a china brand that within 1.6 Years product is damaged.

              On 22.05.2023, I raised a complaint regarding the issues I was experiencing with my Nokia laptop.The laptop has exhibited multiple issues, indicating substandard quality and reliability.

              Attempts to seek resolution through Nokia's customer support have been met with delays and inadequate responses.

              Now after 71 days still it continues. Nothing has resolved still now.

                  I bought a new mobile Nokia phone and after 2 days, I am getting some notifications regarding the charging port. In a day I got 1400 notifications. I went to the nearest Nokia care and they submitted my phone against the job sheet[protected]/230530/003 after 15 days I received my phone back and the next day the same notification comes again. Now I have again gone to the nearest Nokia care and submitted my phone again against the job sheet[protected]/230619/004. After 18 days of the second complaint, Nokia Care still doesn't have the answer as to when I will get my phone back.

                  It feels like I bought a phone worth Rs 46000/- and give it to the Nokia to use.

                  Now I don't want my phone back because I bought the sealed phone and now it will open multiple times by the Nokia engineers which will make trouble in the future. I want my money back.

                      Dear Nokia Team,

                      Good morning,

                      Based on your request, I visited Nokia Customer Care which has a situation in Thane (Maharashtra).

                      While revealing Product G21 found that the Speaker related issue has been resolved. But rest 2 issues of Display fonts & screen display quality are not resolved For refer -refer attached screenshots

                      I had a discussion with a Customer care representative . He has informed me that the company sent him a software related patch file and he has updated that file G21 mobile.

                      However, I have noticed that the issue is not resolved. If you check the attached image (Fonts Display after Software updated-1, 2, 3) then you realize that mobile fonts are very big which has not been seen in Shop promotion mobile and unboxing mobile. It has been changed during automatic software updation.

                      Another problem, Display video quality is blurry. While looking at the big fonts I feel like that magnifying glass has been placed in the mobile. if occurred due to software updation then has bug in that software then the company should provide proper OS format to Customer care. if means while has issue with new updation OS then provide old OS software which has same like unboxing mobile.

                      My question to company (NOKIA):- Generally companies provide factory reset facility option because of whenever problems occured due to software upgradation & other issues which shall be resolved by that option (factory reset facility).

                      In this Product -if chossed factory reset option then all Data & Updation are deleted and Mobile should be re-set as the same original like Box-up product, But in this scenario this does not happen.

                      Earlier my email mentioned that based on customer representative information that he found Root cause of the speaker problem with the display screen, that means some issue with the display screen which will create problems in future. Requests to the company (NOKIA) do not think of a temporary solution to repair and give to customers.if has a problem with related software Bug & display then think on providing a proper solution.

                      This time I really do not feel good and I am very upset about choosing this product. My previous product Nokia 6.1+, since using it for the last 5 year, has only a back cover broken problem, not much more than that.

                      I hope that next time you call me then all issues will be resolved from your end. Request to the company please take immediate action.

                      I would like to inform you that I had conversation with customer care team then know that as mentioned trailing mail G-21 mobile has speaker problem which has not been resolved with replacement with new speaker. After that he was identified root cause that speaker connection has passing through display screen. Hence he has planning to replace new display screen.

                      Till 3rd problem solution, based on fixed display then will be resolve, but not sure.

                      Kindly I request to NOKIA team, hardly use 6 days G-21 mobile has this much problem. Better replace this piece with new and save both o[censored]s time.

                      Good afternoon,

                      On May-28-2023, I brought A Nokia Mobile from Vijay Sale @Thane Maharashtra, Model Number (TA-1418/ G21 DS:), Serial number ([protected]) and IMEI1/2 ([protected] /632).
                      Unfortunately within a week your product did not perform well because the mobile is defective. Below mentioned problem occurred within 3 to 4 days.
                      1) Speaker is not working
                      2) While new product necessary setup-up, while automatically updated software Android version after that all setting Ikon which has shown on Main Display and setting manu suddenly converted in Ikon in large text format, never has setting to back on original /normal form.
                      3) Display Video quality is not good, it's shown sometimes good or sometimes blurry or low quality.
                      Today on 06/06/23, I registered a complaint with KRISHNA NOKIA Customer Centre which is located in Thane City-400605, Maharashtra- India.

                      I request the Nokia Team, To check and discuss with the Customer care agency and understand product issues. Hence I have enclosed here a complaint register & purchase receipt for your reference & use.

                      I look forward to your reply and permanent resolution to my problem. Want to check all aspects before returning to me. In the future we should not repeat the same problem. otherwise requested to replace this product with New.

                      I have been using NOKIA N95, 6.1+, 3.2 etc for the last 15 years . I love NoKia product but this time I had a very bad experience with the product. Hope so you will maintain customer satisfaction.

                        Want to draw your attention toward the pathetic customer care service of Nokia. I recently purchased Nokia C22 phone directly from Nokia Website with order number 196312. 18th June 2023 i ordered & 21st June 2023 i received. After using 2-3 hours i got to know that there is no sound coming from earpiece while calling anyone and receiving any phone. I immediately intimated to Nokia care. They gave some troubleshooting steps & i followed but problem remain same. I told them and they asked me to send mobile pictures & video's and i did it. This all exercise i have done two times and they are not at all helping me. I just one request please replace the phone.

                            I recently purchased a Nokia T10 tablet from the Nokia website after reading about the new model featuring Wi-Fi and 4G capabilities. I was eager to own a tablet with calling facilities, so I contacted Nokia chat support to confirm these features before making my purchase.

                            Upon receiving the parcel, I opened the product after two days, only to discover that it lacked a SIM card slot and 4G calling functionality. I contacted Nokia chat support again to address this issue, but the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and uncooperative, which was rather disappointing.

                            I believe that the information regarding the T10 tablet on the Nokia website was not adequately presented or clarified, causing me to purchase a product that did not meet my needs. I kindly request that you accept the return of this unused tablet and provide me with a full refund. I have already purchased another Nokia T10 tablet from a different platform, which has the desired 4G calling feature.

                            Please understand that this issue arises from a lack of proper information on your website, as well as an unhelpful customer support experience. I am willing to resolve this matter amicably; however, if necessary, I will seek legal advice and contact consumer court to address this situation.

                                Dont buy any phones from nokia site either a feature phone or android devices because I HAVE RECEIVED AN OPEN BOXED PHONE from nokia site and it has multiple issues and when i complained regarding this i got to know that IN REPLACEMENT OF YOUR PHONE THEY SEND YOU REFURBISHED PHONES so first they send you a faulty phone then you have their WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT, their customer executives are not connecting me with any supervisors .

                                and i want refund asap.
                                they dont even give you a complaint id when you send an email to [protected]@hmdglobal.com,
                                worst customer services, Worst delivery services, worst features phones and now i have no sympathy with nokia that they have lost the reputation they once had in the smartphone industry, they deserved it .

                                  I recently purchased a mobile handset of Nokia. After a week it stopped working and as it was under replaceable warrantee for 1 year, i lodged a complaint in Nokia. I called the customer service number and then sent all the required photos and videos they asked for via email. Even after 20 days they have done nothing and blocked my number for some reason.
                                  Please look into this matter

                                    I have buy new mobile Nokia phone but after some time I am facing problems in the the phone submitted to near Nokia store as per per them it's need to reply and told me to wait for 15 day self follow up again. and again and finally I have Recived my new phone after 2 month but funny part they have fix my old phone and give me back Nokia make me fool.

                                    Now again after 3 days I am facing same issue the again I have visited to the Nokia Care they have collected my phone and not given me any kind of recipet now it's been 3 month

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I ordered Nokia TV from flipkart on OCT-22-2022. The TV was delivered and installed, while buying the TV I have bought an extra 3 years of ONE-Assist warranty as well.

                                      I have an issue with Television on March 11th while watching. I have contacted Flipkart Immediately on this and they have asked me to contact Nokia Customer care or One-Assist Immediately. The next day I raised my complaint with Nokia. Nokia customer service has assigned Jeeves Customer Service to check my Television, on the next day a technician came and verified its problem with the motherboard, he took the pictures and asked for the replacement of the motherboard or replacement of the TV. Now after this since march 14th there is no update from Nokia.

                                      I have been trying to reach Nokia customer care and Flipkart Customer Care. No one is responding and providing me the correct info, I feel very regret to buy products in Flipkart, Even after 22 days of the TV issue till now I didn't not get any update its very regretful thing to choose the NOKIA/Flipkart.

                                      I got a call from Jeeves customer manager from Guntur. His name is Karimulla and his assistant Baji. He said this will be resolved on[protected] till now there is no proper response from them as well.

                                      The ETA provided by Nokia Team is 31-March-2023, till now there is no message call or any update not even complaint number is updated.
