i have given my cell to nokia care center an d thet ar enot giving response from 2 weeks every time we call the said we are doing mine cell is nokia_2310 i having job sheet its job sheet number is[protected]/080209/4 first complaint is dat without giving us cell reapired they have mention in site that we have repaired it in names care online .com i have checked i have gives this cell to repair on saturday and theuy mention it repaired on sunday Was this information helpful? | |

MY NAME IS JASPREET SINGH I HAD PURCHACED A NOKIA 2330 C-20 HAND SET AT THE NAME OF DEVINDER KAUR, FROM NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER HARJEET BROTHERS DHARAMPURA BAZZAR PATIALA ON 11 AUG-2009 THE RETAIL SALES NO IS 6992 AND THE IMEI NO IS [protected]. AND VAT NO IS [protected], AT THE RATE OF RS 3100, SIR I WANT TO ASK YOU THAT THIS IS A COMPLETELY DEFECTIVE HANDSET.THE IN-COMING AND OUT- GOING AUDIO IS NOT COMING FINE ON THIS HANDSET THE VOICE IS CREATING TOO MANY DISTURBANCE .SIR HAD REPLACED EARS SPEAKERS 2 TIMES FROM EMMESS NOKIA CARE CENTER NEAR MOHAN CONTINENTAL PATIALA 147001.BUT SIR THE PROBLEM IS STILL RUNNING ON THE HANDSET WHEN I HAD PURCHACED THE HANDSET THE PROBLEM WAS RUNNING FROM THE MONTH OF AUG 2009.AND THE BATTERY OF THE HANDSET IS ALSO NOT FINE.SIR KINDLY REPLACED MY HANDSET BECAUSE THE HANDSET IS STILL IN WARRANTY PEROID, AND THE NOKIA CARE CENTER EMPLOYESS ARE NOT GIVING PROPER RESPONCE TO ME THEY SAID THAT THIS IS A DEFECTIVE HANDSET AND WE CANNOT ABLE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM OF THE HANDSET .SIR I WILL BE THANKFUL TO YOU IF YOU REPLACE MY HANDSET BECAUSE THE PROBLEM IS SO MUCH IN THIS HANDSET AND PROBLEM IS STILL RUNNING ON THIS HANDSET IF THE COMPANY WILL NOT DO THIS THEN I WIILL FILL THE CASE RELATED WITH DEFECTIVE HADSET ON CONSUMER COURT. Hi I am Sibani here.I have given my nokia 6303 for service at nugambakam, nokia care chennai.actually that that data cable was not working so they told that they will give my cell with in 10days.but its almost one month and still i dint receive my cel. so can i get the feedback when can i get my cell?
