You should immediately goto the Airtel Office with your documents and lost mobile FIR .Force them to track that rogue.Don't agree if they ask you to get the sim blocked.They can easily track him easily.

On 12th Dec. 2009 at night while coming to my house I lost my nokia2310 cell with sim card of IDEA. When I found that I'v lost my cell immediately I complained it to idea customer care to block the SIM card.
