nokia 2323c — THE COMPANY IS ACTING VERY CARELESLY AND NOT PROVIDING ANY HELP
I BOUGHT NOKIA 2323C ON 1 AUGUST,2009.SINCE THEN I AM JUST RUNNING TO NOKIA SERVICE CENTERS. 5 TIMES MY PHONE HAS GIVEN SUCH PROBLEM EVERY TIME I GIVE MY PHONE TO BE REPAIRED THEY JUST CHANGE THE SOFTWARE.AND AGAIN AFTER A WEEK OR 2 IT STARTS GIVING THE SAME PROBLEM.THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES IN DELHI TALK SWEETLY AND MAKE THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY FOR 2-3 DAYS BUT THEY ARE ALSO NOT INTERESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. IT NEED REPLACEMENT OF MY HANDSET NOKIA2323C. PLZ TAKE AN ACTION REGARDING IT.
